DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I ordered around a month ago and still hasn’t arrived. I have emailed the company numerous times and I get the same reply saying that it is coming (which it isn’t) or don’t get a reply at all.

Scam company. Over 2 months with no contact and no stuff. They don’t send your stuff!!!!!!!!!! DON’T BY HERE! PLEASE!!!

Ordered jewellery over 3 months ago I constantly contacted them to find out where the order was to be told some items are out of stock will be shipped in a week contacted again for them to tell me it’s on the way waited few more weeks and nothing emailed again and they just ignored my emails after that there absolutely rubbish left out of pocket… but my friend ordered from there a few times and got her jewellery every time very strange

Made an order two months ago ( #M24184 ) and it hasn’t arrived. Site says 2-4 days and it’s been 2 months. Sent emails and messages on Instagram and the rare occasion I get a response it’s just the same bs that doesn’t solve anything. Wish I could just get my money back but pretty sure it’s gone as this company is 100% a scam

I placed an order on the 17th April. It is now the 17th July and I have not received a single item. All I got was different stock excuses everytime I reached out. I am just fed up now. Plus, I requested a refund and that fell on deaf ears too.

Ordered my son a few bits for getting a good school report. No tracking order given after purchase, no email to say its been shipped. All I've had is a confirmation email confirming how much money you have scammed from me. Silly mistake on my part but I won't be making that mistake again and I hope nobody else gives these con men any money.

Everyone listen up. Don’t order from this site, I ordered 3 chains and a bracelet amounting about £30
I ordered over 3 months ago and haven’t had a tracking code or parcel. I’ve emailed about 8 times and contacted them on instagram complaining politely, all they say back is ‘your order has been shipped, however we will look into this’

It’s beyond a joke, don’t bother, spend more money elsewhere and get better service people

I ordered on 30 June 2025 it’s now the 15th of June had no tracking number a email to say it’s been shipped on 12th still nothing had arrived no further reply’s to my emails of the order beginning to think I’ve been had out of my money

Ordered from the company before and got the items within a week,but as seems to be a trend reading other reviews I placed another order in April and I have still not received it. Several emails asking where my items are and had responses stating a warehouse move then one item was not in stock finally got told they were sent 3 weeks ago low and behold still no sign of them. I am now left out of pocket much like a lot of people. All trust in this brand has completely gone after an initial positive experience

scamming people left rightl and centre atm they used to be a good company as i’ve bought from here before but now they’re a shambles run by people who just want to take your money and then not even send out your items i reckon they’re going down and just scamming the last bit of money they can.

I placed an order for a few chains on 11 May 2025, and as of today almost three months later I have yet to receive my package. I reached out via email and messaging, and while they initially responded citing warehouse issues, they later claimed my order was on the way. Unfortunately, there has been no further update or delivery since then.
What’s especially disappointing is that I had a positive experience with this company in the past just a year ago, I ordered a chain and received it within a week. It’s disheartening to see such a drastic decline in reliability and customer service.
At this point, it feels like I’ve been scammed, and I know I’m not the only customer who feels this way. I truly hope the company takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to regain the trust of their customers.

I have never received a tracking code from them, no options to cancel the order. I wrote several e-mails asking for a refund, never heard back from them. Terrible experience, definitely a scam

Awful didnt even send my item out and just told me they were having warehouse issues its been months and still haven't received my order just scammers all round don't buy from here ever

I have been waiting 2 weeks and nothing. I have emailed them wrote on insta Facebook TikTok and they won’t reply to me on anything. Seems impossible to find out what is going on.

I have ordered from mision before and it was great. I decided to buy se more pieces, but this time has been ridiculous. I ordered on the 18th June and it's now 2nd July. I have sent numerous emails and all I have got is the same thing, that it has been sent out. You have to wait around 3 days for an email in which you are no better off. They have no phone number, Facebook link doesn't work
and no one replies on Instagram. No idea who the carrier is and I feel genuinely like they don't care about their customers. Don't order from them!

I ordered from Misionofficial not long ago and I’m so happy with my purchase! Site was easy to maneuver through and the check out was easy. It arrived promptly, well packed, and exactly as advertised.

I was surprised by how good the product was and had a question and customer service was very attentive. I can strongly recommend Mision Official for their excellent service.

Will definitely shop here again!

Been waiting 11 months for an exchange :) they claim some bs about moving to a new warehouse :) they’ve stopped replying to my emails :) scam artists :)

I placed an order with Mision on May 5th (Order #M23979), and as of June 30th, I still have not received my items – that’s nearly two months with no delivery and no refund.

What’s worse, I was given misleading and incorrect updates from the beginning. For example, I was told:
“We’ve spoken to the warehouse team about this, and they said your order is partially packed. They are just waiting for the restock of a piece in your order, which is arriving this week. We will notify you via email with your tracking information once the items are completed and shipped out.”
This turned out to be completely false, and no follow-up or tracking information was ever sent.

I’ve reached out multiple times, but the customer service has been unresponsive, and I still have no clear answer about the status of my order. I have not received my package nor my money back, and the silence is simply unacceptable.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company. Based on my experience, there is a serious issue with transparency, reliability, and communication.
