Placed an order several months ago (Order number #M24309) but did not receive my order.
Have been in touch with Mision Support who were helpful to start off with but after being reassured that the issue would be resolved they are no longer replying to emails.
I am hopeful that the investigation in to the missing order is still underway and the items I have payed for do eventually turn up but after several months I’m not holding my breath.
Hopefully the order arrives soon and if it does I will update/edit my review but as of now I can’t help but feel ripped off.

I placed my order on the 21st of March 2025. And as of yet my items have still not arrived. Everytime I have emailed them they have said that they have experienced warehouse difficulties and that my order is under investigation. And they would be in contact. Now they no longer reply to my emails. I feel very let down by the whole experience I would not recommend purchasing anything from mision as you may find yourself going through the same difficulties and wasting your money and not getting your money back or your items delivered

I placed an order on Mision Official over 4 months ago, and I have never received anything.

I did get an order confirmation email, but no tracking number, no updates, and no delivery. I contacted both michael@misionofficial. com and another email listed on their website, but I stopped getting any replies after my first message.

This is clearly a scam – they take your money and never send your order.
Customer service is nonexistent, there is zero transparency, and no refund was ever offered despite multiple follow-ups.

I will now report this website to my bank and consumer protection authorities for fraud.
Do not order from this site unless you want to lose your money.

Absolute scam of a company, my order was never dispatched, and when I complained they kept coming up with some other excuse. 3 months later and no further forward, they have now simply stopped replying to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Joke of a comapany, been waiting on a order for over 6 months now. When asked where it is all i get back is "its been shipped and your order number will be emailed to you" but that never happens. When i ask for my money back they say they will send it out straight away, even though the email before says its been shipped. COMPLETE DOUGHNUTS, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!

It's a scam/con company they will take your money and you will not receive your order they have stopped answering my emails I haven't received my order but have taken my money THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED NOTHING BUT THIEF'S. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS SITE/COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Absolutely awful. Would give 0 stars if possible I ordered in July with buyer protection and still hasn’t turned up the only reply in emails is them saying it’s been posted but can’t tell me where or how long it will be. Absolute scam don’t bother

They take your money, do not send tracking or the order and do not reply to requests for a refund
Horrendous customer service

Ordered 16th July and still have not received my item
30 something emails later and no refund and no item sent
Customer service is useless and do not help
Have now told me it was sent and lost and I will not get a refund or another one sent out.
100% scam company and avoid at all cost!

Anyone who is considering ordering from this place i would thi know again, the positive reviews are probably from people who know the scammers, I ordered and paid the extras to ensure quick delivery its almost a week and I have no tracking number, no correspondence nothing.

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered early July with the website stating delivery would take one week. Paid an extra £4.99 for delivery protection. Emailed about 15 times and EVERY reply is that my order has been shipped. Nobody can tell me any tracking information, not even the courier company name? Absolute scam.
If you paid via revolut - find your payment - raise a dispute - upload email evidence of you requesting updates on your parcel but receiving no courier information etc - revolut refund the money to you. Mision did try to dispute the refund but revolut sided with me as it is CLEARLY OBVIOUS that this company is one giant scam.

Items never arrived even after countless emails and requests for refund and after more than 8 months of waiting

I placed an order on the 4th July 2025 - I'm still waiting for my parcel. I've sent numerous emails and each has been met: on its way to you but no tracking number. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCUMBAGS. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!

Terrible company, just a scam.
Months later no goods and just emails saying the items have been sent out and like others with no proof!

Item never got delivered. Poor communication.

Ordered first week May, still nothing said it was delivered then said its in the warehouse then said it would arrive in 10days, then excuse was issue with warehouse so so many excuses, emailed again and still nothing, my daughter recommended this company never will i order again disgraceful especially if they are based in London, will be going to the bank get my money back sounds like they take our money then leave it hoping customers will leave it at that but not me, if you could give no stars thats what they would get Do Not Order From This Company

I ordered over 3 months ago and nothing arrived. I even paid extra money for priority of my order and premium shipping. A new excuse is always sought. I have now used legal means.

I placed my order in May... We're currently at the end of July and still no sign of my jewellery.

I've emailed multiple times and the company are always super slow to reply.

Whenever they do decide to eventually reply, they're incredibly unhelpful

At first I was told it has been shipped (but the company couldn't provide me with any tracking details - despite asking multiple times)

Then I was told it hadn't been shipped and there was a problem in the warehouse and they were just waiting for one part of my order to arrive

Then I've been told "we'll look into this" multiple times

Basically it's just avoid ordering from them at all costs - yes it's cheap, but you probably won't actually get what you order

I placed an order on 1st May '25 - I'm still waiting for a refund nearly 3 months later. I've sent numerous emails and each has been met with blatant lies that my order is delayed/almost ready/on its way and yet no delivery, no tracking number and no refund despite FOUR requests for this! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!
