Elevate your Talaria or SurRon e-bike with the market's most customized, hand-built, plug-and-play wheels and upgrades from Milk Racing. Our wheels are sold worldwide and test-proven by thousands of customers on six continents - the best quality/price wheels on the market. Upgraded, reinforced rims stained with an anodizing process give them a more scratch and corrosion-resistant surface than standard paint. Super strong upgraded stainless steel spokes and double-size brass nipples (stronger and more corrosion resistant than aluminum type) lanced with a 3-cross spoke pattern make Milk Racing wheels strong enough to withstand more than what Sur-Ron bike can stand. Our main goal is to give alternative wheel upgrade options for expensive competitors’ products and give the best product experience possible, providing as much hardware as possible to make it hassle-free for you to focus on riding rather than figuring out how to put an upgrade in. Wheels always come with tools, spare spokes, spoke wrench, inner tube, rim band, and rim lock – you only miss fitting a tire on. If you need 100% Plug&Play wheels, we offer tire fitting as a standard offer. Wheels come ready to ride straight from the box. As a direct producer, we provide customization, such as color combinations.

Save your money—overpriced rebranded parts and terrible lead times
I bought a basic black wheelset for my son’s Surron Light Bee during Black Friday 2025, and the whole experience was a headache from day one. Right off the bat, their website kept crashing at checkout, which was weird for a brand that claims to be a top-tier player in this space.
The wait time was completely unacceptable. They promised delivery in 8 weeks max. Look, I’m a reasonable guy and I know holiday rush can push things to 9 or 10 weeks, but it took four full months to get these to my door. Because the delay was getting ridiculous, I ended up ordering an equivalent set straight from China just so my kid wouldn't be stuck waiting around all spring.
When both boxes finally arrived, I put them side by side on the workbench. They were 100% identical. Same hubs, same rims, same hardware. Milk Racing talks a big game about hand-built quality, but it's just standard overseas inventory marked up for Western buyers. My son couldn't tell the difference, and neither could I. That’s when the buyer’s remorse really hit.
After nearly a year of riding and testing both sets hard, the direct-from-China pair actually held up better. The Milk Racing wheels developed loose and bent spokes under normal trail riding, while the cheaper set stayed true. Add in the fact that Milk Racing has virtually no return policy once you buy, and you get stuck paying import duties that direct overseas vendors usually cover for you.
There’s simply zero reason to buy from Milk Racing. You are paying a huge premium for the exact same hardware you can source yourself, only to wait a third of a year for worse spoke durability. Skip the middleman and save your hard-earned cash.

Hello John Pork,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your overall experience fell short of your expectations
First and foremost, we are unable to locate any order or customer history matching your profile name or the details described in this review. Because you appear to be using a fake name or alias without providing an order number, we cannot verify your purchase or look into what happened. We strongly encourage you to update your review with your official order number or contact us directly with your real purchasing details so we can investigate this—we genuinely want to help, but we cannot do so without knowing who you are or having a way to contact you.
Regarding delivery, Black Friday brings a massive influx of orders. While the vast majority of our shipments during the Black Friday 2025 sale went out on schedule, we acknowledge that high seasonal demand can sometimes lead to unexpected delays beyond our typical timeframe. If your order was indeed affected by a delay, we genuinely apologize for the frustration it caused.
Our wheels are not off-the-shelf overseas inventory rebranded for Western markets. Every single set is hand-built in house. Components are specifically selected for performance and reliability.
Spokes settling and loosening during the first few rides is a completely normal physical process for any spoked wheel—especially when components are powder-coated. As the nipples and spokes seat themselves under load, checking and tightening the spokes after the break-in period is essential. We always add spoke wrench and if this initial maintenance isn't done, the wheel loses its structural tension, which directly leads to bent or loose spokes.
Because our wheels are custom-made to order with specific color and size configurations, we do not offer standard returns on custom builds. However, every set of our wheels comes with a full warranty, and we have never refused to help a customer when an issue arose from our end. Furthermore, even if a wheel suffers damage from normal wear and tear, heavy riding, or a crash, we always support our riders—frequently offering steep discounts on replacement parts or new orders. We stock every replacement part in-house and have often shipped parts free of charge to resolve issues.
We take pride in being a proven brand that riders can rely on, offering top quality & durability, full warranty & spare parts support, tons of sizes & colors, along with the widest wheels on the market, and 100% plug & play convenience with tires pre-fitted ready to go straight out of the box.
Please reach out directly to our support team with your actual order number and contact details—we would be more than happy to verify your order and resolve any outstanding issues.
NOT WORTH A penny….
Extremely long wait and ridiculously expensive. Absolutely not worth a penny. Very disappointing experience and definitely not recommended. Customer service couldn’t even tell me where my order was or provide any useful update. Terrible service from start to finish.

Hi Sam,
We are truly sorry that your experience with Milk Racing did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it is to wait longer than expected without receiving clear and useful updates about your order. This is not the level of communication we aim to provide.
As our wheelsets are hand-crafted to order, production can take longer than with mass-produced products, but you should still have received accurate information throughout the process.
We would like to investigate your case and provide a clear explanation as soon as possible and to compensate for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we cannot identify your order from the name shown in this review. Please contact us with your order number or the email address used for the purchase so we can address this directly.

Great wheels and customer service
Milk makes great wheels. I already purchased two wheels from them (one for Talaria mx4 and one for Surron Ultra Bee) and the experience as well as the product quality where top notch. I'm currently abusing a 21" front wheel on my Uktra Bee and it's holding on perfectly. Even the paint job seems indestructible :)

Expect to pay tarrifs in the USA
Expect to pay tarrifs in the USA. And on top of that, waiting 3 months for a set of wheels, so prepare your patience. And if you choose custom colors, beware the colors are different in real life. They warn you at purchase because they know colors do not match what they sell. Do not use milk, pure disappointing experience. I even quit drinking milk...

Hi,
We're very sorry to hear that your experience with us left you feeling disappointed. That is never the impression we want any customer to have.
We completely understand how frustrating it is to wait longer than expected for a custom-built wheelset. Since every set is hand-built to order, production can sometimes take longer than anticipated, but we recognize that this doesn't make the wait any less disappointing. We truly appreciate your patience.
Regarding import duties and tariffs, these are determined by your country's customs authorities and are unfortunately outside of our control. We do our best to make this clear before purchase so customers can make an informed decision.
We're also genuinely sorry that the color was not what you expected. Colors displayed on a website can never be an exact representation of the final product due to differences in monitor calibration, RGB and CMYK color spaces, lighting conditions, and the characteristics of anodizing and powder coating. That's why we include a disclaimer on our website - not because we're trying to hide anything, but because we want to be transparent that slight differences are unavoidable.
We truly regret that your overall experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Comments like yours help us identify where we can improve.
Best regards,
The Milk Racing Team

“Ordering Supermoto Wheels for the E-Ride Pro SR”
I reached out to Milk Racing customer support back in October to get more information about a set of wheels I was interested in ordering. Alexa from customer support replied quickly, and we exchanged a few emails back and forth in a timely fashion to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted.
Once the order was placed, I received a couple of status update emails from Milk Racing letting me know where they were in the build process. The wheels arrived, exceeded my expectations, and were exactly what I was looking for.
I highly recommend doing business with this company if you’re looking for wheels for your e-moto.

Fantastic Wheels & Exceptional Customer Service
I ordered the Supermoto wheel set for my Ultra Bee. While the wheels look and perform amazing, I did experience an issue right away where a brand-new rear bearing failed, causing instability and a popping noise.
However, Milk Racing's customer support was exceptional. They quickly confirmed my diagnosis and immediately shipped the necessary replacement parts (including three new bearings and the internal sleeve) without hassle.
They stood behind their product and turned a potential frustration into a positive experience. I highly recommend Milk Racing for their proactive support and dedication to customer satisfaction.
