These curtains are exceptional. My husband and his brother were able to watch the videos to install them and then I was able to hook them up to our Google home. We purchased them for our bedroom 3 years ago, and then again - purchased them for my father-in-law's living room. He is astounded that they open and close automatically every day. We wanted the double rods (sheers on the inside and then curtains on the outside) and we worked with customer service to create exactly what we needed. For the cost - these are absolutely worth every penny.

Instructions conflicted, but motorized shades work well
Shades were delivered with no damage. Shades were wrapped in the center with paper that said “do not remove until installed”; however, the installation instructions said to remove the foam and activate the battery which could not be done without removing the paper. Had difficulty getting the shades to lock into the mounting brackets. Design needs improvement. Overall, my customer was quite pleased with the three motorized top down-bottom up shades and operation of the remote control.

Love the blinds - Replacement motors not so much!
Overall I love the blinds and excellent customer service - replies promptly. However, the ordering of a replacement motor proved to be quite cumbersome. It took me several days to order a new motor via emails and a chat session. The chat session was successful. I believe you should be able to order replacement motors via the website. It would be easier.
