Earbuds did not work, so I sent them back but dealing with the company has been difficult. There is an ACCC warning about this company. It has been more than a month since I returned them and no refund. Think this company is either poorly run or dishonest. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

No communication, no replies to emails, no product. I’m down $129. I thought I did the right thing checking reviews etc, but got scammed. Do not even bother with buying anything from this company

I would rate less than 1 - bought the 05 Plus Gen 03 earbuds, they were so crap, with the most appalling sound quality. I had accepted the fact that I would have to lose 20% due to "restock fees" - they had replied to me that they would issue a refund, that I would need to provide a photo with tracking details. I did all of that, a month later, haven't heard from them. I guess I should accept i'm going to lose it all, and they can resell the product I just returned.
Would not deliver, refused to refund
Paid for earbuds, Mifo didn't send them & ignored all my emails. Once I'd lodged a dispute with Zip, Mifo said they'd only issue a refund if I withdrew my dispute (because you can't lodge a 2nd one even when they never refund you ). Mifo "did not accept liability", but thankfully Zip & Visa came through & refunded my money. Nothing but a scam company, leeches.
Purchased the smart watch
Purchased the smart watch. Worked so well until after two weeks it ran flat and just never charged again. Even had it charging over night and nothing. The more annoying part is their customer service they don’t get back to you. It’s been 3 weeks since I left two emails with no reply. I’d like to call but there is no contact.

Safe return of goods but MIFO is ghosting me
MIFO explained how to return my my waterproof headphones for a full refund. I sent them to the address requested - undamaged and still wrapped in their delivery plastic back in January. I was guaranteed a full refund within 14 days. I have followed up with numerous emails, the response from MIFO has always been the same - Thanks for your patience, we are working on it. They have acknowledged they have received my returned goods, but are now refusing to confirm a date for the refund. They have stopped answering my emails over the last 10 days. DO NOT BUY FROM MIFO.

Purchased the mifo 05 gen 2 ear buds 2 weeks ago, right earbud stopped charging as it’s a connection issue with the bud and case.
I have read this is an ongoing problem with these earbuds.
Terrible customer services - DON'T BUY FROM MIFO
In good faith I purchased a smart watch from Mifo. I needed a smartwatch to monitor my swimming laps. The product description on their website clearly displayed swimming as one of the smartwatch activities.
Once I opened the product and checked the product app I became concerned about whether it was suitable for swimming so I sent a message to Mifo's support team and Rex replied 'The watch is rated IP67, which means it is dustproof and water-resistant up to a depth of 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. This makes it suitable for everyday activities like washing hands or light rain exposure, but it's not designed for extended submersion or swimming'.
I contacted Mifo and requested a return label and instructions on how to get a refund as the product was not fit for purpose and they have falsely advertised it's capabilities. They have not replied now for several days. I'm so disappointed. I intend to take action and will put in a claim with Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
I sincerely advise that people don't purchase from them. They're dodgy.

Give me my money back
On October 6, 2024, I purchased these earbuds. However, the right-hand bud ceased functioning after two months. I contacted the support team, but despite their efforts to troubleshoot and resolve the issue, they informed me that I needed to return the earbuds. I was subsequently required to cover the postage costs, which I paid via registered post.
Since then, I have engaged in a series of 23 emails with the support team, each of which has been accompanied by please accept our sincere apologies. I have been assured that they will promptly process my refund...............I'm still waiting for my refund.
While I initially placed my trust in purchasing from an Australian-based company, I now regret not thoroughly reviewing their customer reviews. Further investigations have revealed that the company has been issued a public warning from Consumer Affairs Victoria.

Terrible customer service, using delaying tactics.
Ordered product, then realised, after looking at reviews, that products are poor quality. Requested cancellation and refund the next day (product had not been dispatched and payment pending) customer service team acknowledged request but needed to forward to a different dept. Kept following up for 3 days. Still no response. Product was sent and payment taken. I then arranged for a return of unused product. Customer service acknowledged receipt of product, but said it would take 14 days or longer to process credit. I raised a payment dispute with my bank and they got my money back. Avoid this company !

The goods are terrible and don't match the descriptions and their customer service is non existent. I purchased some sleep pods from them and they arrived and didn't work properly. I have been trying to get a refund from them since Boxing day and despite returning the goods they are now not even responding to my enquiry and have not confirmed receipt of the goods. There is no phone number to contact them and all email go to the same email address with different people responding to the enquiry asking for the same information to be supplied over and over again.
