I have chosen the EU store, but the items were sent from CHINA, not EU!

Bought 4 Meross smart plug mini MSS110 - 13Amp.

They work perfectly so far for the 4 appliances I've connected up in 2 rooms. The novelty of saying, Hey Google turn on lamps', 'Hey Google turn off fan' etc, has not worn off yet! Now thinking of other things I can use them for.

I'm not very techy, but it only took me 3 to 4 minutes to set up the first one, including downloading the Meross App and then linking it to Google Home, which I also had to download despite having Google Assistant. (a little more faffy than I'd expected, as I thought I'd be able to connect the plugs directly through Google Assistant - so I knocked 1 star off for that).

After getting the first one sorted, adding the next 3 only took a couple of minutes each. :-)

Next I'm going to start working on the 'routines', such as 'Hey Google, Good morning, to turn on certain appliances, and "'Hey Google, Bedtime' to turn everything off!

Totally incompatible with modern mesh Wi-Fi. Avoid if you use one. Absolute junk and support only repeat the same old guff that the app shows when it fails to connect

Worked for 10 days for Christmas lights and then one of the 2 plugs stopped responding to the app. I have to go outside and manually unplug and plug this light now. Useless faulty device that lasted only 10 days. Also the form for requesting a replacement from meross will fill in but not send/process. I suspect this is deliberate to avoid customers with faulty products under warranty.

I purchased six of the Wi-Fi mini plugs. At first they worked OK, now after 8 to 12 months they constantly fail to connect to Wi-Fi you have to unplug them reboot them like they were new out of the package rename them Again to join the Apple HomeKit huge pain. Would not recommend buying these. Spend the money and buy a more reputable name product. Plus Customer Service forget about it tried that one time absolutely useless.

Einfach Schrott. Wird eine Steckdose nicht regelmäßig "bedient" braucht es eine Neueinrichtung! Letztklassig.

I would give Zero Stars if I could, I bought the product to work with a Home Automation System that said it was supported by Meross it took three weeks to be delivered and no communication from the company unless chased. Installed it does not work with the Home Automation system contacted support and they say it is not supported even though clearly it states it is.

I really do like these products from meross. I have quite a few now all around the house. They can be difficult to set up sometimes, but a little perseverance and all good.

I wrote to customer services to ask them how to rename the sockets as I could not work it out. The reply I got was that they don’t support this product. Not helpful at all and very disappointing. I sorted it out in the end by myself. But not what I would expect from what I thought was a responsible company. Shocking customer service

Purchased 2 Meros MS100 with wifi hubs.
The instructions say the batteries are included. However they were not!!
I contacted Meros, they said they would refund me for the batteries. I supplied them with all the order details... but then nothing!!!!
I have emailed then several times, but no reply.
Very poor service!!!

Sehr gute Firma. Ich habe eine wifi Steckdose kompatibel mit HomeKit gekauft und alles funktioniert top. Vor allem für den relativ „günstigen“ Preis von 49,99€.

Quando manca la corrente perde la configurazione. Inutilizzabile, da buttare nel rudo. Peccato sia scaduto il termine per la restituzione (Amazon).

I've now purchased several Meross products and I've found their customer service to be excellent. The first Meross product I purchased was their 3-way smart switch, and there were a few tiny details I found confusing in the wiring diagram included. So, I sent an email and, while I was at it, critiqued a couple of other items about it also. Their response was a genuine interest in how they could improve the product to make it better. Since then, I've purchased several more of their products, in addition to products they've offered up for free through their eval program they make available to anyone. All they ask is an honest eval, and if I don't have a good impression, to please give them an opportunity to resolve it first. They've been extremely responsive, and I'm really happy with their products. They are now my first choice in smart home switches and automation.
