dès que j'ai contacté Meross pour signaler une défaillance de leur diffuseur acheté en décembre 2023, le SAV a immédiatement réagi pour nous proposer dans un 1er temps des tests à effectuer. Comme le problème persistait, ils ont directement pris la décision de remplacer l'appareil ... le tout en à peine 4 jours. Merci à Meross que je conseille vivement pour la rapidité et l'efficacité de leur SAV

Eigentlich hätte diese Firma eine -5 verdient! Kurz nach Ablauf der Garantie verabschiedet sich ein Gerät nach dem anderen! Nach knapp 3 Jahren 3 von 4! Echt tolle Bilanz, Support grottenschlecht!
Also Finger weg von dieser Firma!!

The Meross app is terrible!
They changed the app about a week ago and I can’t get my devices to do what I want. I used to be able to schedule when my lights go on at off and the color and brightness. Then they updated to V3.32.0, I can’t do anything. Then they told me they fixed it with V3.33.0. NOPE! Still doesn’t work.

He tenido 3 enchufes inteligentes durante años y han funcionado bien hasta que compre 2 más. En cuanto añadí los nuevos se desconectaron los viejos y no he podido volver a conectarlos así que devuelvo los nuevos y tiro los viejos a la basura.

I own several Meross devices. For example sockets and bulbs. With the help of Smarthings I can write routines, like "when I click on this switch, switch on this light".

January 7th 2025, Meross experienced what they call a "network fluctuation". And now, me, and others (see Smarthings forums), have lost all the defined routines : they show all the devices as deleted. Meaning that I must redefine everything.

Obviously it is not a "network fluctuation", it is a massive cloud lossage. It means that if you use Meross devices all around your house, for example to control the lights, the heating system, security, etc. everything will stop working, and you'll have to spend, again, several days, to redesign all of your control system (aka routines) because of "a network fluctuation with they servers".

Don't buy Meross, don't buy anything from them that goes through their Cloud : there is a kid in there who can pull out a wire, and you'll have to spend days reconfiguring everything again. Obviously there is no config you can backup, and their cloud cannot revert its status to a previous, working, one. They reset everything. Goodbye Meross.

Onestamente la prima tipologia che comprai circa nel 2015 faceva un fastidioso rumore quando attaccata al muro. Le nuove versioni sono ottime e le consiglio

Die Steckdosen von Meross gehen nach relativ kurzer Zeit kaputt. Wir haben allein sechs Stück davon sind mittlerweile fünf im Eimer. Absolut schlechte Qualität kein Support, nicht empfehlenswert.

I bought 4 MTS200B thermostats from ebay which were not showing some options for summer mode. After reaching to the supports team they fixed the issue quickly. Good product support is hard to find nowadays, this was a great surprise.

uso meross in due appartamenti differenti ed hanno funzionato bene per 3 anni poi la stessa notte, le prese hanno deciso di smettere di funzionare nello stesso momento in due case diverse... contatto l'assistenza ma essendo passati + di 2 anni non possono aiutarmi!!!! tutto molto strano, sarà casualità?

ho 3 prese meross in due appartamenti differenti ed hanno funzionato bene per 3 anni poi la stessa notte, le prese hanno deciso di smettere di funzionare nello stesso momento in due case diverse... contatto l'assistenza ma essendo passati + di 2 anni non possono aiutarmi!!!! obsolescenza programmata?

The most useless company and their products. They can't even handle feedback/criticism. It's best to stay away from their dodgy products. Complete waste of money

Die Rolladenschalter sind eine reine Katastrophe! Verlieren immer wieder die Verbindung und gehen dann gar nicht mehr!

Sehr schlechte Qualität ! Lasst die Finger davon.
Über Amazone gekauft und nach nicht ganz 6 Monaten Schrott.
Es gibt ein Interes Forum in der App kann ich jedem nur Empfehlen vor kauf mal rein zu schnuppern wie viele ausfälle es gibt.

Habe verschiedene Anbieter gehabt bin bei Meross geblieben. Habe das ganze Haus damit eingerichtet

Do not purchase anything from this company directly. No customer support. No replies to emails. My purchase has not arrived within the 14 day estimated time. I have asked when it will be delivered and have not received any response

Spams you with unsolicited notification ads. Otherwise excellent. Good garage door opener.

Bought a Meross office surge protector. It failed after 18 months and I contacted Meross customer service. Not only did they supply me with a replacement, they kept me informed of my delivery all the way through. Great customer service and product.
