Scummy casino overreaching on requesting information.

Account was signed up a few months ago and followed requested KYC, Used it maybe once to try an offer and forgot about it. Went back to check I hadnt left money in the account and its been locked with a Source of Funds and about 1 millions other pieces of personal information requested.

I WANT MY WITHDRAWAL

Started off really well & loved the site.
Spent quite a bit on there tgen finally had a nice win of £2,800 since then it has been a nightmare to even get this withdrawal.
I didn't have suitable id for them only had (citizen card & birth certificate) wasn't accepted, anyway I ordered a provisional license which come last week I sent in and it has been nothing but back & fore needing this needing that. I am in no way suggesting you are manipulating your games, however many game providers give casinos a choice of what RTP to run their slots at and Merkur have in all cases decided that a lower RTP setting is the one for them! Some examples: wolf gold, pragmatic play standard rtp 96.01%, merkur running game on 93.99%RTP setting. Greedy casino and no wonder many complaints
