It’s a disgrace. RIGGED

Awful company

Awful company. Poor customer service

Have to put £1000 into a £100 pound machine to get a jackpot and it still doesn’t repeat. Put in a complaint and asked for it to be checked. Left telephone number. That was over a week ago. Went in today. Apparently percentage is correct but no phone call. Manager said she couldn’t store number due to GDPR. Rubbish I left my number for you to call me back so irrelevant comment. No replies to emails.
No number to call them.

Ive never closed a account before but i…

Ive never closed a account before but i closed my account on here! They email you constant promotions they advertise 50% "reload" bonuses etc then don't credit them then say you get it back after the promotion period.. Erm a Reload bonus means you get it when you deposit, ive opted into several deposits bonuses etc and Not had one single bonus credited I spoke to chat last week and asked why have i not received any of the 3 promotions i had opted into he checked and said "i can see you have indeed opted into them and qualify il send a message to get it solved for you".. several days later i didnt get no reply so emailed them yet again they made excuses for why i had not received any of the promotions, Final straw came 2 days ago yet again offered a 50% RELOAD bonus on next deposit and a 100% reload deposit opted in clicked lets play it brought up the games eligible for the promotion and i played them yet again Nothing credited and yet again told the same tired narrative! Also the prior week when i didn't get any off them i was told in the email in black and white that i do have a 100% deposit bonus on my account when i next deposit and Guess what nothing credited... Ive checked and 8 promotions they email and offer me have never been honoured nor do they do anything about it

The games have the worse return on any casino ive ever played, You literally never win anything always lose on your deposits, they clearly Send out Promotions to entice you to deposit then don't honour them and push the same narrative constantly.

Its such a bizarre casino never experienced anything like it, The reviews on here are all true about the horrible payouts, also glad i closed my account seems they also like to make players jump through hoops to get there withdrawals.. seems they don't like to payout fast and hassle free.

Saw some comments of customers saying they have asked for ID when requesting a withdrawal.. Its against one of the regulations set by the UK gambling commission that a online gambling establishment cannot ask you to provide identification at the point of a withdrawal request and that they are not allowed to refuse your withdrawal! Online gambling establishment has to verify a player before accepting any payments from the customer!

So yeah They cannot ask you for identification when you go to withdrawal and if anyone reading this has issues check the regulations set by the UK gambling commission that will show you that they simply cannot stop any player from withdrawing money, So just file a complaint with the Gambling commission they will sort it don't let them think they are above the regulations that are set cos there not.

Cannot recommend this casino its just bad all around! Oh and all bonuses are restricted to a handful of games.. like who does this in 2022!!

Read this, AVOID AVOID

Opened an account and deposited a substantial amount straight to crazy time to place a few bets each time ‘bet accepted’ then bet returned please deposit (despite having my entire balance of my own cash in the bottom left corner) after some confusion I found I could only get £1 or £2 on certain games for the entirety of the session… all my money then there bonus if I had it won it would have been subject to there wagering requirements , made a second deposit … again limited the bets to £5 then an email to say they had limited my loss limit so in the space of 60 minutes I felt completely scammed out of pocket degraded with evidence they pull the ‘responsible gambling card’ however if you investigate this crowd they had a casino shut and have a reputation for this kind of thing something else to note , they don’t have the money to pay you look at there house jackpots … under £200 avoid like the plague I have never been more invested in my life in getting justification for this as it’s criminality and considering the current gambling regulation talks how’s a good time to highlight casinos like this. I am in good mental state and financially they don’t know me but by suggesting someone needs ‘to do more important things’ instead of gambling in chat is degrading a patronising I was a customer wanting to enjoy a session on a new casino not endure this nightmare.
