I have never had a bad experience with merkur I’m unsure has to how many pin the blame on slot companies for depositing beyond your own affordability. Doesn't deserve a star

Doesn't deserve a star. Non existent pay outs, like others have said, they thought these bad comments were just sour grapes for losing but after 22 deposits and never going above my deposit only down within seconds I wish I had listened. These need to be stopped in their tracks before they destroy people's lives.

I asked them to permanently close my account due to gambling addiction. I didn't hear back from them and they allowed me to deposit again, despite telling them I am addicted to gambling.

Please avoid better sites out there.

The site is terrible.
1. Played £500 through danger high voltage zero bonus rounds and only did 2 teases very strange.
2. Eye of Horus £400 played through 1 bonus if £6 laughable.
3. Rick and Morty £400 played through 1 bonus (sounds familiar) mr meeseeks £12 bonus.

Please avoid at all costs there’s better sites out there with better returns these want there licence taking away.

I did contact the live chat for them to close the account rather than taking the time review what I said.

Opened an account few weeks back…

Opened an account few weeks back withdrawn 20 no problem last night I win 55 for 20 and now they want all sorts of documents which I've sent but this is scamming behaviour and they need to be looked into I can deposit all day but can't withdraw!!
