Shocking

I’ve been gambling online, on and off for many years. This site is without doubt the worst I’ve ever played on. I thought I’d give it a go to pass time whilst I was walking my dog. Deposited £100 and it was gone within the minute, at £3 a spin. No win what so ever, not even 40p. So of course, you deposit again, another £100. Gone within 2 minutes. Only scam sites ask so much ID information within the first day you join

I’ve just joined this site today and use my mobile billing to deposit £30 and after playing a few slots, I get instant emails first saying I'm using a VPN. I don't even own a VNP then the 2nd email asking me to send identification?also my account is blocked ??? All within an hour of signing up to this site.....Red flag 🚩

A Driving License or Passport photo that shows your name, date of birth, and the issue date.
A recent utility bill or bank statement clearly showing your full name, current address, dated within the last three months. We can't accept bank statements from online banks.
A digital photo of you holding your ID document in your hands, close to your face. Please make sure that the photo shows your date of birth, the date of issue and the expiry date.
A recent mobile bill for +44 clearly showing your full name, current address, dated within the last three months.??? Red flag 🚩 only site that do this are scams. They will use all the information you send for god knows what.

My sister joined today and deposited…

My sister joined today and deposited £30, she was fortunate to win £1100 so she withdrew. Her withdrawal stayed pending for a while then she got locked out of her account. She was told to contact them in which she did. She then uploaded all her ID documents and now waiting to hear back. We will keep you updated.

Usually play in admiral however popped in on way past and have never been out since. Visited the Newcastle site on Clayton street and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Aimee and Jake who were on when I visited were brilliant offered us a drink and a cash match as soon as we walked in. Even offered us hot food which no other arcade does this truly 5 star customer service will definitely be returning.

Stay away ,they don't honour promotions

Stay away from this company ,there are so many others to use.
First of all ,payouts are so bad ,slots hardly give a bonus.
Secondly ,they don't honour promotions so don't even bother to deposit and play with them.
They sent me an email for a promotion with 100% cashback up to a 5£ bonus and they don't even know their own terms and conditions and after sending them screenshots ,they admit their mistake but don't honour it.
No trust to them ,avoid.
Is not about the money ,is about their unprofessionalism.
