Great customer care
I had a great experience being supported by Sophie Dejardin. She was incredibly responsive and did her best to bring our vision to life. Unfortunately, due to restock issues, we couldn’t get our favorite model, but we ended up with an awesome bag that we absolutely loved!

Just fantastic!
I had a really great experience with Merchery. Their responses and customer service was crazy quick and helpful, their production was also very focused on us having our merch in time for our event but just as important, the merchandise was beautiful and of great quality! Huge shoutout to Sophie, who showed us fantastic dedicated support as an Account Manager. She answered all of our questions patiently with empathy and knowledge. Can't recommend these guys enough, and we'll be back!
