Had an amazing experience with Merchery! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The product quality exceeded my expectations, and Louise as contact person was top-notch. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for seamless and reliable merchandise services! :)

Since I started designing, the response and availability were instant. Really good quality, fast delivery and great service.

Thank you!!

Alice was a great help, and the product looks amazing!

The personal touch throughout the communication process made working with Merchary a real joy. Special requests and openly communicated deadlines did not seem to be a Problem for the team. We love the final product and are definately going to collaborate more with Merchary in the future.

For a project for my company, we wanted to gift out high-end goodies to our team. I needed them delivered urgently for a particular event we had with the team.

Alice was extremely helpful and guided me all the way.

The goods were delivered on time and are of outstanding quality, with the team loving their gifts.

Superb service with fast replies even in the evenings. Juan really helped us with getting exactly what we needed. Shipping was even sooner than expected. I would highly recommend!

Excellent communication, fast delivery and excellent quality goods. The most premium branded canvass bags I've seen - we'll be proudly showing them off at upcoming events! Highly recommend.

Exceptional merch of great quality! Everything was done very fast and great communication. Special thanks to Juan for all the assistance in this process. Highly recommend!

Great personal service and quality products!

Amazing experience. From designing the products with the team to getting a fast delivery with quality merch ! Thanks Merchery team.

The whole experience has been super fluid and very well advised by Alice who I’d like to thank a lot for her help as well as asking if I had a special deadline (which I did, and which has been more than respected!)
The product is exactly as expected
Every step is well informed
Many thanks, can’t wait to work together again

Extremely impressed with the quality of the products we've received from Merchery (custom printed heavy Tote bags). This met our expectations based on previous reviews and images of their products. What was not expected was their 5 star customer service. It's rare you get such an authentic and personalised service. Special shout out to Alice T’Scharner-Dony who went above and beyond to deliver a personalised product in a very short time-frame. Will definitely be ordering more custom merch for our next events!

I ordered hoodies for our team event and despite having a tight deadline, they were able to jump quickly into it and deliver on time. The quality of the hoodies is the nicest we ever ordered for our team events. Really happy with the product and services received. We will order again in the future.

From enquiry to receiving our order, all our requests were carefully listened to with patience. Louise was specially proactive and kind in ensuring our small startup received personalised recommendations, attention and the perfect customisation, within a small timeframe.

We ordered different articles (pens, canva bags..). The quality is great. Michael, and the team are always available and ready to help
