I've ordered some tote bags and it was exactly what I was looking for! Great quality and great design, definitely recommend!

Great communication with the team, made the process very easy and fast. The final product arrived before the deadline and all was as I had ordered. I would hire Merchery again. Thanks to Alice for her great cooperation.

The good parts:
The quality of the products is wonderful. The hoodies are thick, warm and have a range of colours. The embroidery was clean and perfect, no flaws whatsoever.
Customer service was open to conversations and short-term meetings.

The difficult parts:
The process was chaotic, there was quite a lot of proactive communication and chasing involved from my side. At some point it took a week to hear back from the company. This along with mistakes such as sending the wrong sample product and not seeing the payment I had made already led to a lot of time pressure. I had been assured that the products would arrive on time but the amount of mistakes used up more than the buffer I had calculated.

In the end, the final products were shipped to wrong addresses and I took it on myself to just pay for the new shipping myself, as I had lost confidence in the ability of merchery's administrative capabilities.

One thing that particularly bugged me during a call was that I was told there would be delays because I took one day to respond to an email, when merchery had been slow and flawed for two weeks prior. If a customer has to chase the company after getting written assurance that everything would be easily delivered and then it's the same customer that gets blamed for taking one day in comparison to the week that merchery has taken I find that unprofessional, avoidant of accountability and not customer obsessed.

I am, however, very impressed with the quality of product. In the future, if there is an order from my side I will continue to consider merchery, just with a 4 week buffer planned.

Amazing work by Louise to accommodate our company on multiple domains - designs, shipping, storing and quality!

Very professional and highly recommended!

We really appreciated the Merchery team's communication. Their response time was incredibly quick and they made sure our order arrived on time. I'd highly recommend ordering from them.

The Company was very helpful, friendly and correct and the product really beautiful.

The service was really friendly, very quick to respond and very engaged to meet all of our requests like shipping splits or last minute quantity changes, which is not always a given in our industry. Our client was very happy with the products (embroidered hoodies) and will most likely order a new bunch for their new employees.
