Merchery Arvostelua

Love Merchery! I've ordered a few times and I've been very happy with the quality and variety of products. I recently worked with the UK team who helped expedite memobottles and have them delivered on a tight timeline to Portugal - they were so helpful and my team LOVED the bottles.

Really happy with the overall experience — great communication, super helpful team, and they handled all my custom requests perfectly.
The shirts turned out great (good quality and fit), and delivery was way ahead of schedule, which was a nice surprise.
Would definitely recommend — excellent service from start to finish!

We had a great experience working with Merchery! W ordered rain jackets that turned out fantastic - excellent quality and exactly what we were hoping for. A special thank you to Judith and Suzanne for their friendly and professional service throughout the process. They made everything smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

Great follow up and advise from Juan. Moved forward swiftly without pressuring me. Product result was even nicer then expected. Already the second time we order our So Estates merch with Merchery.

Great experience!

I had a short turnaround time for my order and Filippo was super helpful and accommodating. I got my merch just in time and it turned out great!

Great products, good quality and timely production & delivery process! Super customer service too, and a great experience overall! Well done Merchery!

Great products! Good service! Nice support!

I've ordered from Merchery lots of times. Always the best sales team, who are incredibly on top of it, and the production team are great at ensuring they check with you before and during production to make sure they're making the products exactly how you imagined. This type of care for the product isn't easy to find! So I've always appreciated Merchery taking the extra time to ensure the product is right.

Great! Quick, responsive and great quality - thank you.

mega! immer wieder gern nochmal!

My advisor at Merchery, Chloe is super nice. all experience with exchanging ideas on craeting custom made notepads was amazing. Very glad to be returning customer and hope to have many more orders with Merchery.

Everything was great and the team was very helpful and made it happen even if we were very short on time. Thank you!

Really great communication and helpful people. Reliable product too. These people are great~!

Fragile items

Fragile items should be packaged more carefully, as a few of our items were damaged during delivery. Aside from that, everything was perfect :)

LOVE the merch. Tees are very high quality, and the white porcelain mugs are a massive hit. Thanks so much for getting them to us ahead of schedule, as well, that was really important to us.
