Merchery Arvostelua

Quality of merch is great and both production and sales reps have been very responsive throughout the process. We will definitely be getting more merch for our team!

We ordered personalized towels, and the quality of both the embroidery and the towels themselves was outstanding, truly beyond our expectations. From start to finish, the Sales Support team stayed in close contact, and adapted the delivery schedule to fit our needs. Exceptional service and quality — we will certainly choose Merchery again for our next merchandising project.

We ordered branded T-shirts for our team retreat and are delighted with the quality: soft fabric, vibrant print, and on-time delivery. Eléonore was great and provided fantastic service! We now have a product we’re proud to wear!

The quality of the products are great and the ordering process is seamless!
The team does a good job in communicating and taking you along. I will continue to work with them for our office merch.

Ordered more than 1 sample. Only 1 showed up, poorly packed and of low quality.
Hard to access online invoice.

We’re really impressed with our experience working with Merchery! Everything went smoothly – from communication to product quality. They even managed to meet our tight delivery deadline as promised, and the order arrived a bit earlier than expected.
Special shout-out to Juan and Elisa for the super friendly and professional communication throughout. A great team to work with!

Merchery's team is always there to help and make the process as fast and smooth as possible. I usually place large orders and I've been more than satisfied with the quality of the products.

Merchery was amazing! The site is fantastic, the goods were fantastic, and they were helpful along the entire way, especially when I had a rush order. I will absolutely be ordering from them again. So much nicer of an experience than sifting through some of the really bad promotional sites out there.

Great service, very reactive to respond, great product and quality!
We had a short deadline and the Merchery team was very helpful and delivered before the deadline, so that was highly appreciated as well.
All the team is very happy! We definitely recommend Merchery ;)

We are really happy with the overall quality of the products we ordered: T-shirts made from soft but heavy cotton, and embroidered peak caps that look and feel premium. The quality exceeded our expectations.

Although there was a bit of back and forth during the design phase, the team was quick to respond, helpful throughout, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Delivery was on time, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

We've been really happy with our experience with Merchery; the quality of the products is excellent, and the team has been super responsive throughout. Special thanks to Louise for her support and reactivity!

quality products, very communicative and supportive sales team. Had a short deadline and an uncertain client.. so many thanks for the flexiblity on the quantities and being able to respons so quickly!

Great customer service, great price, awesome product.

I worked with Lou and the experience was smooth. They asked me about all the key details and also the delivery was handled very well. I would highly recommend.

Merchery made the entire process seamless, efficient, and so, so easy from start to finish. We had a tight and short deadline and they delivered well ahead of it. The product was wonderful quality and the embroidery was gorgeous. Communication was on-point throughout. Our conference attendees were delighted--they all wanted to take extra hats back to their colleagues. We'll definitely be using Merchery again.

Great Costumer Service and good quality. I'm very happy with the Result and my clients are too.

Excellent customer service and shopping experience. Mugs are beautiful with engraved company logo. Would highly recommend Merchery for company branded merchandise!

Very helpful, communicative and flexible!
