Merchery Arvostelua

Such a great communication, flexible designs and very very good quality. 10/10 experience

Really impressive guidance on getting approval from Patagonia on our company utilizing their products. Filippo from Merchery was instrumental in getting these ordered and turned around in busy, year-end crunch time. Thank you!

Douglas did an excellent job handling our rush order. He stayed on top of everything and made sure it was delivered on time. It's rare to find someone so reliable and attentive under pressure. Highly recommend!

We ordered 3 types of cups that corresponds to our company values (the 2 ceramic types of mugs and 1 large sized mug). We were really happy with the samples they sent before we proceeded with the actual order and the final products that arrived to our office.

Merchery was very facilitating too when one of the cups unfortunately did not meet our standard, they were very responsive and provided different alternatives with from their unpublished catalogue.

We recently ordered 50 Rains backpacks and the experience was fantastic. The team was flexible with our payment options, which made the internal process so much easier for us. They guided us through the entire e-proof process for our logo to ensure the design was perfect before production. The backpacks arrived on time and without any issues. Highly recommend Merchery for their professionalism and quality!

First of all, the experience on the website to select and create what we wanted was great.

Second, the person who was in charge of our order communicated clearly and made sure we had our merch ready for our upcoming offsite. Really appreciative of this.

Third, the hoodies we ordered are incredibly comfortable. It was the first comment our team made when they tried them one. That's a win. The embroidered logo was well executed and the print on the back was high quality.

For the price we paid, we're very satisfied and will order more as our team grows.

The service was excellent, and the customer support was truly wonderful - I worked with Louise, who is very reliable and highly professional. She was very helpful with my order, and everything was of great quality and delivered on time. Thnak you!!

Exceptional customer support led to a high quality product.
Thanks Eleonore and Mathilda!

Excellent!

As said, discussed and agreed. Delivered in time.

Love the bags!

Repeat customer here! Continued great service from Juan and the team at Merchery.

Douglas was super helpful! He was very responsive, worked with me on the perfect solution, and delivered the hats to a tight deadline. The quality of the hats can't be denied either! Great experience overall.

The order was easy to make, the company very reactive and the product is good!

The team was amazing at handling my request, even on a tight deadline. They were all extremely accommodating and patient with us. The bags we ordered were immaculate, we were just super happy. We can’t wait to work with Merchery again. Thank you!

Experience was amazing! The team was very attentive.

Main feedback points is about: I had to be in touch with 3 different teams. Might be easy to just have one point of contact. The design set up for approval was also not the most intuitive.

Overall if I have to do a good quality merch I know where to go!

Working with Chloe was a stellar experience - she made the process easy, and followed up with clear instructions, while also caring about the quality of the end result. I know this tote bag will make our event even more attractive for participants. Thank you Chloe !

Overinflated shipping costs means the cost of the final product is far higher than anticipated - something we didn't realise until we had the design ready to go and were about to checkout. It's back to the drawing board now as our margins on sale of this product were already minimal.

We worked with Merchery recently when a client of ours needed some high-end branded merchandise for an event, with very short turnaround times.
The team at Merchery were great. They worked with us to ensure we could get the products and branding we needed in time, and were very flexible along the way. I would definitely work with them again.

Fast turnaround. Super helpful and communicative. The order arrived quickly and the quality excellent. Thanks very much!
