Merchery Arvostelua

Working with the Merchery team was extremely helpful and ensured that our products were made to our liking. They turned out great for our team!

Great quality and professional customer service.

Great and quick communication. Order came on time and was exceeded our expectations!

Great service, and approachable!
The products are always of great quality, the questions are answered on time, and expectations set well in advance.

We ordered gifts through Merchery and are extremely happy with the results. If you are looking for premium, high-quality gifts, I can highly recommend this platform.
In addition, the customer support was outstanding. Eléonore guided us throughout the entire process and provided excellent support every step of the way.

We were looking for custom branded vests and merchery even managed to source a model that is not readily available. The whole process was very smooth and we basically let them do all the heavy lifting. The results is awesome - we, as well as our clients, love the vest. Will definitively reorder once we are out of stock!

From start to finish Merchery has been very customer focused, helping out with both order, support and specific delivery requirements. We even got the delivery before deadline. They were always quick in their respond. The quality and print of the products we received were exactly in the quality that we had wished for.
I can strongly recommend Merchery.

Excellent and clear communication. The staff helped me through the entire order process. Also, the products looked and felt wonderful. Thank you!

We ordered a few of our merchandise products here and are always super happy. Great quality, great communication and great values.

Highly recommended!

Very good quality. Fast delivered and very nice customer service

Everything went super well. Very responsive team, quick delivery, great service!

The cusomer support was extremely helpful, super caring, very accessible and the product looks fantastic. We will surely place our follow up orders here again.

Great service, super responsive and always willing to help to find the best solution for your needs. Products are top quality and deadlines (production & delivery) are always met. Super recommended!

Quick communication and assistance with completing the same specs as a previous order.

Stellar customer service - email and phone - and on the tightest of deadlines too. Great guidance in terms of product, and multiple checks of print before final sign-off. Dealing with real humans is a treat. Can highly recommend.

Douglas was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Despite a tight timeline, he delivered a fantastic product right on schedule. I truly appreciate his professionalism and reliability, it’s always a pleasure working with someone so competent. I’ll definitely be using Merchery again for future merch and swag needs.

The team, Douglas and Louise, was GREAT!

They both provided exceptional customer service.

I will certainly use Merchary again and would like to be paired with Douglas and Louise!

I had questions about what it would look like, and got feed back from a person. They hit the price, minimum, and shipping time trifecta of convenience. When I was finally ready, it was a simple process and I got a proof. When it arrived, the quality was better than I expected. Very nice product and great image on the pieces.

Douglas and Angèle were excellent, so prompt to respond and we gave them a nearly impossible deadline that they managed to exceed. The t-shirts and totes turned out great and were a huge hit. Thanks!
