Main feedback points is about: I had to be in touch with 3 different teams. Might be easy to just have one point of contact. The design set up for approval was also not the most intuitive.

Overinflated shipping costs means the cost of the final product is far higher than anticipated - something we didn't realise until we had the design ready to go and were about to checkout. It's back to the drawing board now as our margins on sale of this product were already minimal.
