I placed my order on December 9, 2025. Today is January 8, 2026 and I still have not received this item. It didn't ship until December 29th...after I reached out asking for tracking information. No shipping time was estimated at the time I purchased this. But had I know it would take this long to receive, I NEVER would have ordered. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I only ordered 1 item, a hat. Shouldn't take that long to fill and ship unless the product was out of stock. And if that was the case I should have been notified.

Merch was correct and quality. Wish it was a little faster. Took almost 3 weeks.

I never received the 3 items I ordered on Dec 8th. My order number was: WAR79126.

Haven’t got my package and I ordered on the 15th of December. Not to happy about the wait just want my stuff.

STILL havent recieved the package. I had to open a ticket almost 10 days after the order was placed JUST to get a tracking number. And its barely updating. Would never buy from this website again.

Product was ordered 3 weeks ago and was not even shipped for almost 2 weeks, missing both Christmas and the birthday of the person this item was a gift for.

I ordered on the 7th December a sweatshirt for Christmas present, no tracking information I have tried to contact the company which you can only do by email, still no response 11 days later
So disappointed why does no one even respond

Ordered a load of things for my sons bday a month ago and had to constantly message to get one part of the order. They don't reply to you and when they do, they ask you to provide proof that you DIDN'T receive the order. How do you provide pics of things you don't have? After weeks of waiting 2 posters arrived, both of them damaged. When i messaged again to find out where the rest of the order was, they didn't reply. I've asked for my money back for the full order. I fully expect to get no reply. Absolute scam of a site. Don't waste your money

I've ordered from these guys a number of times before and as recently as early November and everything has been fine but they are clearly struggling with the Christmas rush. I ordered items on 29 November and they still have not been dispatched - no-one is responding to messages either. Starting to wonder whether they'll deliver in time for Christmas at this rate...

UPDATE: today was their cut off for Christmas and still the items have not been despatched, with no explanation or any other meaningful communication. They have also failed to refund me for a top I returned 3 weeks ago which was too small. I've complained to Games Workshop as these guys reflect badly on them as a licensed partner. Avoid. Guessing I'll have to seek recourse from my credit card provider

I pre-ordered something in February that was supposed to be released in September.
I never got a tracking number. I’ve reached out to them for answers and was told at first that the item was shipped, but stuck in transit. Then I was told later that the item wasn’t shipped, but they’ll get on it as soon as possible. It’s now December and I was just barely given a tracking number and confirmation that it shipped. The only thing they offered as an apology is a 10% discount on their store. I wouldn’t recommend using them to anyone.

Games Workshop and their affiliates take a lot of care packaging their products. So I was devastated that my mail carrier mishandled it, bent it, even with the cardboard and "please do not bend" label on the package. Nothing that some heavy books can fix, although I do suggest that packaging include some better cardboard so that these crazy mail carriers can't fall into the broken window theory.

I genuinely sincerely beg, do not pre-order anything with this online store. You will be messed about for months like I was.

I pre-ordered a calendar at 23rd September, which was a promotion to come with a poster. That they repeatedly promoted.

When I got sent a promotional email in November, it said the calendar was now in stock. I contacted customer service who assured me pre-orders from the promotion would get their orders in November.

November came and went and I contacted the customer service again to get an update as I still had not got my order.

After being messed about and handed to two different customer services advisors. They told me my pre-order was out of stock with a refund and a discount code.

How can they be out of stock if even now they are still advertising on their website it is in fact in stock and still available for purchase?

Reported to the ASA for false advertising for the promotion that they refuse to provide. Also putting on their website their product is in stock when I am being told it isn't at all.

Please don't make the mistake I did of getting messed about for a number of months!

Excellent service and top quality products. Fast and efficient. Good communication. Products are beautiful and of a great quality.

Pre-ordered a calendar, which said it would ship in early November. It was listed on the site as in stock and ready to ship for over two weeks before mine finally shipped, via Evri, and arrived slightly bent with the envelope damaged, luckily the contents were okay, as it was a gift.

Item took a month from order to delivery, I tried to cancel it as it was taking too long, but they refused, then when it was eventually delivered it was damaged. I raised this with them and they haven’t even acknowledged my complaint.

I ordered two shirts and after one month (?!) one of the shirts arrived. It took another one and a half months (!!!) to clarify where my second shirt is. Turns out, the design was sold out by then. Not only that I paid a crazy high shipping fee, they also wanted me to not inform my payment provider to get the second shirt. So I did and of course I got a fee from my payment provider cause I paid the whole order too late. Now that is true customer service. Never gonna order there again.
