Fantastic Service. Outstanding support. I contacted support to speed up the delivery on an order as it was for a birthday present. I had daily updates and the parcel is expected a day ahead of schedule. I cannot thank Rosey and the team enough.

I've ordered several Joytoy figures from the Warhammer merch store and they normally get my orders to me promptly and without much fuss, but on the rare occasion that something has gone wrong they have also been incredibly helpful in resolving my issue and doing everything they can to fix the problem. I'll be ordering much more from them going forward!

Ordered some supposedly in stock items almost two weeks ago and nothing has been dispatched with the only answer from support being it's "waiting to be dispatched" very poor from them.

I had an issue where a shirt was possibly lost in the mail. I reached out and Rhena confirmed the shirt was most likely lost in mail and she IMMEDIATELY scheduled a replacement shirt for me immediately. Happy with the help

I purchased a T shirt as a birthday gift for my son, he is delighted with the gift. These T shirts never disappoint. Great quality, design and wash really well. It’s not the first T shirt purchased and hopefully won’t be the last.

Placed a pre-order for an item in Jul 2025. Since then, I received updates in Oct and Nov 2025. The most recent to say would be delayed until Feb 2026.

22 Feb, I wrote to Customer Care (using the email address given on the website) to see if I could get any further information on when the item would be dispatched. After more than a week (taking me into March, which means the updated dispatch date has come and gone), I have still not received a response.

Additionally, the AI bot is not very helpful, as it can only confirm what you can already see for yourself (order not yet dispatched).

I ordered a flag to hang on the wall. The quality of the product seems to be acceptable, but what is not acceptable is how badly GW secured the product inside the package. It was just thrown loosely in to the envelope, without any additional safety such as a simple plastic package to secure the inner product. For such an extremely unreasonable price, it seems weird to send the merchandise like this, when even Aliexpress often sends it with more protection.

The order was late by almost two months, but after I contacted the support team they let me know that the shipping service was responsible, they were very professional and even offered to send a replacement order. Im considering ordering again just because I know any problems with the order are handled very well (Thanks Rhea!!).

Purchased them for a gift and they're well-received. It took a while for the order be processed and shipped. Luckily, I had a backup gift.

They don't put if the shirt is men's or women's in the item title. You have to scroll down to the description to know what you are buying. I bought an XL shirt assuming it was unisex or for a man, but received a woman's fitted shirt. This is only mentioned in the description if you scroll down on the item. Who reads the description of a t-shirt? The item took a month for delivery with no communication (unless I initiated it) and now I have to pay to return it, wait another month, and they will send a replacement (assuming they have one in stock, per their support). Overall bad experience. Buy from etsy.com and support a small business.

Ordered a shirt and a mug late november. They never sent it and havent even refunded me. Never order from here!

The print quality is very awful and faded. It looks like it was printed on a normal printer that was running very low on ink (it has horizontal lines all over it). For a 19$ print I wasn't expecting much but for 12$ I could have printed my own through an actual print site and has a much better result.
