Great bus service
Great bus service, the drivers are super nice and helpful. On time majority of the time. Buses are kept clean, USB plugs always working and the heating is always on. Can't recommend enough

Megabus stops at Taunton every 60…
Megabus stops at Taunton every 60 minutes for much of the day and reaches Bristol airport an hour later. Well convenient, whether heading north (Bristol) or Plymouth. Personal experience to date: bus clean and uncrowded, arrives on time (give or take 45 seconds). Unfortunately, necessary to purchase two passenger tickets if carrying more than two suitcases.

I am really glad that we had booked our trip. The bus arrived at the same time that it was supposed to leave. There was a lot of people waiting to get on. With the result we were half an hour late leaving the bus station. Other than being late everything was fine. Safe driving by the driver.

Traveling solo with baby
I was running a few minutes late for the 12.55pm bus travelling alone with my baby who cannot walk or stand alone. I requested assistance to fold my pram down so my child and I could board the staff member assisting kept shouting at me to be faster and to get it folded down and under the bus as he didn't want to leave late again like he did on a previous journey I was not apart of, I then requested if he could hold my child while I folded it down but again he refused. Eventually he took my child and I managed to get it down but through no lack of him shouting at me to be quick and hurry on, at this point the bus still had 5 minutes before leaving and other people beside myself were still boarding. I refuse to travel mega bus or city link again as this is not the first bad experience I've had with staff members and travelling alone. When I got off the bus and met my partner in Inverness he acted as if nothing happened and took the pram off for my partner with no issues and was smiling

My journey
I went back to Exeter after eight years . I found a lovely and friendly staff. Besides, although made a mistake in booking my seats I was able to change my reservaton in a very short time, thanks to anbeffective management. I had a good and relaxing journey and a lovely memory of my new years day.
