Took over an hour to find Bus stop. Cabot Circus24 is inadequate on a long road with someone who doesn’t know Bristol

The stop needs to say Megabus/ Falcon and provide a map with the ticket to indicate where it is

The bus was on time and arrived at BRS airport on time . However this is the 2 ne time I’ve been on megabus from PLY - BRS airport and none of the USB charge ports work , no WIFI . The toilets are dirty and the bus was very cold . I was sat with a jacket , hat and gloves and I was freezing when I left the bus ,

I like space between seats. Also buses are mostly on time.
However, the seats are not confortable. And also tickets are quite expensive even with pre-booking.

I use this service daily (Monday-Friday) to get university! Every morning bus is spot on time unless there’s an accident which understandably is uncontrollable. My return journey can be a bit more variable but that’s understandable too as it’s usually rush hour! The staff are so friendly and always happy to answer queries! For me it’s a reliable and dependent way to travel for my daily routine. I would love it if there could be a possibility of a multi-use ticket as since I’ve started travelling with megabus it has doubled in price in a year.

Taunton to Bristol Airport

The 12.30 am bus arrived at Wellington on time but the driver said bus is broken down and can’t go any further! I needed to be at Bristol at 3.30 am to catch a connecting bus to Heathrow so I could get my plane at 8.35 am. I waited for driver who called HQ to see what would be next. Only 3 other passengers on board - all wanting to get to Bristol airport. By 1 am, with no guidelines from driver or HQ, decided to walk 20 minutes with luggage back home. Decided to drive car to Bristol instead and park on street and got an expensive taxi ride to the bus station. Chatted to a person at Megabus a few days later and he said that I should have taken an earlier bus instead!! No mention of taxi ride or alternative transportation!! I was fortunate that I had access to a car, but felt sorry for the other passengers on board who had to wait 2 hours for the next bus. Or even the sole waiting passenger at Taunton who had no clue why bus didn’t turn up!! Did not receive message or email saying bus service had been cancelled either. Having said that when Megabus is on time, they’re good.

Arrived half hour late even though was early morning and no traffic. Toilet disgusting. No WiFi, power socket not useable.

Answered an email within ten minutes.
Allowed me to alter journey time.
Driver so helpful. I am aged 87.

First time using the Bristol Airport bus. Very easy & convenient. A few minutes late collecting from Exeter, but traffic was heavy.
Coachman was very helpful.
On time on the way back.
Will definitely use this service again.

Excellent modern buses. But why say there's wifi when there isn't? Many people from overseas buy tickets with Megabus because you boast that your buses have wifi. In my experience they don't. I needed to send messages to family who were going to pick me up in Plymouth from BRS. I had to wait until we stopped for five minutes and hack into a Holiday Inn wifi. If you don't provide wifi, don't promise it.

Most importantly the driving was excellent, smooth, no harsh or sudden braking, we felt entirely safe. He was confident, polite and informative. He was also very funny.

My children were travelling alone for the first time to Bristol Airport from Wellington in Somerset to go on holiday. They were dropped off at 09:30 for the 09:59 bus. They called me at 10:15 to say that the bus hadn't arrived, but I told them to wait, it was probably running late. At 10:30 they phoned again, now noticeably upset that they would miss their flight. I check my phone for texts & emails from Megabus just to be sure there wasn't an issue. There was nothing. I had to leave work (I'm self employed so now losing money) and pick them up at 11:15 and drive them to Bristol Airport, paying £8.50 to drop them off - just in time. Then drive back home. I phoned Megabus who told me the bus had broken down in Exeter. They couldn't be bothered to inform passengers whom they knew were waiting along the route despite having phone numbers and email addresses. They then said that because another bus had been sent within 2 hours, we couldn't have a refund, yet alone the lost earnings, fuel and airport charges I incurred. This is an Airport Service, they know people are against a clock waiting another 2 hours would have a massive impact on most people's travel. A simple text would have enabled us to make other plans for travel. I would like to describe it as an absolutely disgraceful service, but as there was no service whatsoever, I can't even do that! Shame on you Megabus.

Highly impressed with the punctuality. Even with a tight 5-minute connection between buses, I arrived on time and didn't miss my ride. Great service!
