Excellent customer service from Scottish Citylink!
My experience with Scottish Citylink customer service was excellent. I had a problem using a voucher that I had purchased from a third party. The customer service agents answered my emails promptly and politely. Although it took several tries, they persisted and eventually resolved my problem.

He works hard to ensure passengers manage to travel as efficiently as possible and does his best to be pleasant and polite (sometimes despite the bus station being a stressful place to be).
He should receive some sort of acknowledgment from management due to his hard work towards customer satisfaction, on a daily basis.

Not a pleasant journey
Citlink Glasgow to Inverness 10.55 bus. Freezing cold blasting cold air spoke to driver at Perth as couldn't feel my hands or feet. No response no change. Fold down trays disgusting with who knows what stuck to them. Toilet had no water to wash your hands.

My phone was running low and I was hoping the bus had chargers (it did) but nor did the wireless or charging ports work they never seem to do may as well rip them out

First time on the new modern coach’s
First time on the new modern coach’s, journey Inverness to Glasgow. Sadly I won’t be using city link coachs for these journeys anymore, It was so uncomfortable which was a surprise & disappointing.
Something has changed with the seating & you are squeezed into an awkward seating position. Even with having my back/bum pushed back into my seat, my knees where press into the seat infront,(I’m size 14, average height) My saving grace was I had no one sitting next to me & I sat side ways. The driver was asked twice to switch on the heating but it made no difference .The coach was freezing! Don’t know if that was just something with this coach. No charging points either. Not a review I want to write as I’m a big fan of public transport.

The best intercity bus that I have…
The best intercity bus that I have travelled with. It is well organised. As you board, there are staff to meet and greet you. You can travel at anytime of the day, even before of after your chosen time. The service is clean, comfortable and most of all? ORGANISED.
