We traveled from NY to Frankfurt to receive stem cells replacement therapy from the clinic at the Center for Advanced Medicine in Frankfurt Main. We used bookinghealth.com to arrange everything; they coordinated our therapy with the clinic, they arranged airport pickup & drop-off and even had exceptional translators, (Nikola & Marija) accompany us each day of our treatments, they were super helpful and very professional. BookingHealth.com stayed in contact with us throughout our entire stay, making sure we were ok and got to and from the clinic safely. I highly recommend this service, we would not be able to have done this without them

People working for Booking Health just have shown a lot of care for me in a tamely manner. From day one until we were done with my treatment in Frankfurt. From our driver , transportation and appointment coordinator, to interpreter Isabella (particularly passionate an helpful) we had only pleasant experiences. Communications were clear and timely. If we require another treatment we would not hesitate to use booking health. Things that could be explained is for people to make sure they convert currency prior or at the airport/train station upon arrival. Monica and Julia were able to answer all questions that I had.

All this time, Yulia has been helping and consulting me. I would like to separately emphasize her professionalism, individual approach, timely feedback and simply human empathy. I received detailed and comprehensive answers to all my questions. I will continue to maintain contact with this company and share my experience.

From my initial phone call with Monika my mind was very much put at ease with her explanations and assistance during what is a very difficult time for my family.
She answered every question and continued to do so, each time we called her with any query we had.
Hishem was out next point of contact, and he too was always of assistance with the planning of our stay in Germany.

From the start till the treatment ended it had been smooth and amazing journey.
Monica who was assigned to us by Bookinghealth, was always available to take our questions, was available to take calls and always cleared all the doubts, which build up our confidence.
Once I landed in Germany, Hishem have already arranged Pick and drop from Airport to the Hotel and pick and drop from Hotel to the Clinic.
His team with Adis and Sam has been amazing, always on time, whatever time it is. Very friendly and well behaved.
I was assigned Claudia as Interpretor, she is an amazing lady, she will make you feel as if you are in home.
Well spoken, humorous and very kind.
She took care of me during my time spent in clinic, it was really special and very human.

I went to take Dentretic Cell Therapy from LDG lab under Dr Frank Gansauge, he is gem of the person.
He clarified all the doubts during the consultation time and it gave us lot of trust and confidence on the treatment.
Entire treatment process went smooth, all the Drs and Nurses took great care.
