My experience at Booking Health exceeded my expectations. Kate, the booking agent was always prompt and professional and able to answer any and all questions. Nour, my case manager reached out to me prior to my arrival and made sure I was taken care of from the moment I landed in Munich. Once I landed I was greeted by Sylvie and Karl who picked me up and treated me and my family like their family- they were joyful and helpful. Claudia, the interpreter was equally friendly and compassionate and showed true caring. Once at the clinic everyone was prompt, attentive to my needs and very caring. The nurses, doctors and all the staff members at LDG are professional, knowledgeable and caring. Dr Gansauge is funny, personable yet extremely knowledgeable and readily willing to share his expertise. Never was there any pressure or intimidation or feeling of being alone. I was well supported, never pushed and always cared for. The process was seamless and easy and I highly recommend it.

The entire process from initial enquiry, through organisation of trip, delivery of care was professionally handled throughout. We felt very well supported throughout the process. Organisation of healthcare through Booking Health was excellent and we were expertly guided through the process. Requests for information or assistance by email or telephone were quickly provided. Transport from airport to hotel and for clinic visits was smooth and of excellent quality. Professor Gansauge and his team at LDG laboratories in Berg were highly professional and extremely kind. Our support from Claudia our interpreter was excellent too. This review might read as almost too good to be true but the entire process was of great benefit to us at an extremely difficult time for our family.

We’re truly grateful for the incredible support we received from Booking Health throughout our journey. After learning about a promising dendritic cell immunotherapy for my brother's brain tumor, we needed help navigating treatment abroad — and Booking Health was the bridge that made it all possible. Our experience at LDG Laboratories with Dr. Gansauge in Berg was exceptional. The accommodation arranged for us was very comfortable and conveniently located, which helped ease the stress of traveling for treatment.

Also big thanks to Monica, our medical representative, Julia and Nour, who made all travel and logistics feel seamless, as well as Eren, who was a great help on-site in Burghausen where my brother received supportive infusions at Medias Klinikum while waiting for the DC vaccine. The accommodation was comfortable and well-organized, which really made a difference.

Booking Health made a difficult journey easier, and we felt supported at every turn. We can only recommend them to anyone looking for trusted help with medical care abroad.

Mr. Zizi’s management was professional and well-organized, and when there were problems he was always reachable, which was very reassuring throughout the process. I am especially grateful to interpreter Eren Müller, who was constantly on-site, handling everything so I could stay completely relaxed. My husband just completed his visit and treatment at the clinic in Berg to treat his pancreatic cancer. Our meetings with Dr Gansauge and Dr Christiane were very informative, and the program was explained well, and the treatment went smoothly. Most of all , we appreciated the help from Claudia, the Booking representative. She was so nice and reassuring, and helped us every step of the way. She also laughed at all of Neal’s jokes!!!
We found Booking on the Internet, while doing a search for vaccine related treatments for cancer, and a site came up for Dr Gonsauge, sponsored by Booking. Then we spoke with Denis at Booking, and he was most helpful in examining Neal’s medical records, and designing a treatment plan that would best fit his needs. Then we were put in contact with Julia from booking, and she has also been very helpful to us navigating the different treatments, travel etc to achieve the treatment plan goals.

Everything from contact to planning the visits went so smooth and every one was so helpful and collaborative. Quick responses in mail whats app and any other platform . I recently had a detox consultation with Julia, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the very beginning, she created a welcoming and supportive environment, listening attentively to my concerns and goals. Julia’s knowledge about detox, nutrition, and overall wellness is truly outstanding.

Excellent communication and steady support throughout the process. Nassim helped us feel at ease planning the trip, arranging excellent transport throughout the whole trip. Sumup Trip Reitzner were our taxi service and were outstanding, as was Claudia, our translator.

Firstly, Claudia, thank you!!! Seeing in person your support and the support of the medical staff at the clinic has given me great confidence in your ability to take care of my mom. Your seamless programming and Julia's organizational skills take a lot of the stress out of the process that one would normally expect from an experimental program.
The facilities are comfortable. It doesn't feel like a scary hospital room. It's sunny, beautiful, and homey.

Thanks to the brilliance and diligence of Prof. Dr. Gansauge and Dr Taubert, my mother has outlived her original diagnosis of 6 months by a year and a half so far. I'm not qualified to diagnose, but I know in my heart that thanks to you all, my mother going to live another thirty years, and hopefully many more. And just to reiterate, her doctors in the United States told her she has six months to live... a year and a half ago.

By the way, she still looks fabulous, she has a full, beautiful mane of red hair, and she's still the same waist size she was as a teenager. Despite the lung cancer, she's still going for a run almost every morning, and looks as good as she did twenty two years ago, when I was born.
