We contacted Booking Health from Rwanda and we got a straight response
They offered us several options to treat my wifes cancer (operation ) in Germany.
After we decided to do the treatment in Munich " Rechts der Isar" Booking health arranged all necessary steps to arrange a visa for my wife and did all appointments at the clinic.
Once in Munich we had to every appointment a person from Booking Health to arrange all necessary paperwork.
We were very pleased with their organisation and service they supplied

Every one in the clinic were very welcoming, especially miss Claudia. We hope that the therapy will go well but only time will tell. The only thing that was off for me, was the cost they charge from the airport to the clinic.

I found I had Glioblastoma Grade 4 back in July '26 when the UK neurosurgeon took the tumour out. Sadly there were cancer cells remaining and so I went on to have radiotherapy and chemotherapy. It seems that in the UK, these are the only 2 options for treating the remaining cancer cells and the prognosis is not great. Given the situation, we searched for alternative/ additional options. Booking Health offered Dendritic Cell Therapy options for my cancer. It seems a successful addition to the ongoing treatment They were excellent in responding to my enquiry, offering clinical options in Germany and supporting my questions and concerns. Once we made the decision to go for this, Booking Health arranged the times, taxis and translation support. We attended LDG Laboratories in Berg and saw Professor Gansauge. He answered all of our questions and the treatment went ahead. Claudia Nicolovius-Jelinek was superb in supporting us at the clinic with translation and help. The clinic staff were warm, caring and welcoming. Everyone at Booking Health responded quickly too. To be blunt, without Booking Health, I would be a long way behind the progress I am now making.

When I was doing an online search about which country I should get immunotherapy, I started to focus on Germany. After sending a few emails, I receive a message from Julia. She was very pleasant and made a suggestion to me. And she called me to discuss what I was looking for and what she suggested. It sounded good to me and I liked the fact that LDG Laboratories is in a small town. I didn’t want to go to a big city. After a few days we had another phone call and I agreed to proceed. Julia made this decision easy. But l like to make my own travel and accommodation bookings. So I proceeded. When I got to the first appointment at LDG , Claudia was there to greet me and make me comfortable. All went well and Claudia was present when I arrived the next day. The doctor and nurse made the blood collection and injections almost painless. The same thing when I received the final therapy injection. Everyone there is very professional and friendly. Claudia was more like a friend than assistant. No bad reaction from any treatment. While I will not get any information on the effectiveness for another few months, I would highly recommend using these services. 5 Stars!

Our entire experience with MedExpert and our Travel Manager , Hany Elrouby and LDG Laboratories with Dr. Gansauge for Dendritic Cell Therapy was excellent. Everyone we worked with including our assigned interpreter (Claudia Nicki) were professional, compassionate, and most of all, helpful in ensuring our experience was positive and the process east to navigate.

Needless to say, a diagnosis of Glioblastoma came as a shock to us. We wanted to do the most we could to help fight this disease. Our research pointed us to MedExpert Consulting GmbH. Their treatment options and goals aligned with what we were looking for as we continue traditional medical treatment in the USA. Working with MedExpert a partner of Booking Health, was a wonderful experience. Every encounter we had with the team was professional and informative. Monica was helpful in explaining the process and treatment options to us. Hanby helped us with accomdations and transportation needs. All questions were answered promptly, even with the time change. They are experts in what they do. Everything they said would happen, did! They were in contact with us constantly. It was very comforting knowing every detail was handled. This was a huge relief for us and needless to say, it calmed our anxiety about foreign travel and medical treatments. Everything ran smoothly. We were picked up from the airport from a luxury taxi service. Karl and his wife Silvia made sure all our transportation needs were met. They were not only drivers, but provided a abundent amount of information on Germany that any traveler would liketo know. Karl even help my wife and daughter purchase tickets on a train and educated them on the wonderful public transportation that Germany offers. The medical clinic of Dr. Gansauge in Berg was a top notch clinic. It was clean and was staffed with all professional staff. The practices were of high standards and we had translators assigned to us to ensure we fully understood what was happening and allowed us time to ask questions. Kitana and Claudia were our translators. They were warm and welcoming. It was obvious it was their goal to make sure we were comfortable during our treatment as well as participated in discharge instructions. They both walked us to the local pharmacy to make sure our medication needs were completed. Partnering with Booking Health was an answered prayer for us. I would and have recommended their services to those that have asked. We will continue to be followed by Dr. Gansauge and his team for the next year. We could not have been more satified with our treatment and the outstanding team we had. We are very greatful.

These reviews are great but the question is does this therapy actually work . I have a friend with cancer and If anyone has had this therapy it would be great to know the outcome please , as tbh he’s not going to care how nice a hotel is when spending 20,000.00, he wants to live , hence it would be great if people new the therapy actually worked .

I went to the LDG Laboratories in Berg Germany to meet with Dr Gansauge to do Dendritic cell therapy for stage 4 cancer. I used Booking Health and Katrina assisted me, which was great. The procedure went as described to me. I had no side effects and truly appreciate the doctor, his staff and Claudia our interpreter. I highly recommend LDG Laboratories.

Dr Frank explained everything very thoroughly and the procedures went that way. He and his staff were very friendly, accommodating and made you feel at ease. Claudia the interpreter was also extremely helpful and made us feel at ease. Great experience overall.

We travelled to Germany from Canada so our daughter could get dendritic cell therapy which is not available in Canada. When researching options we came across Booking Health. Monica introduced us to Dr Gansauge amd handled all our medical appts and Julia helped with all the travel arrangements. I was recently referred by Bookinghealth.com (MedExpert Consulting) to Professor Dr. Frank Gansauge at Laboratories Dr. Gansauge (LDG) in Berg, Germany. After reviewing my medical records for Stage IV colorectal cancer and secondary liver cancer (currently N.E.D. following surgery and 10 rounds of chemo in 2026), they matched my interest in immunotherapy with Dr. Gansauge.

I had consulted with my oncologist at Emory Hospital, and with doctors at Mayo, and M.D. Anderson, but their immunotherapies didn't seem as advanced as the dendritic cell therapy Dr. Gansauge has specialized in for many years. His therapy works in conjunction with standard of care.

Throughout the entire procedure, both Booking Health and Dr. Gansauge were professional and followed through on every agreement. The Booking Health team was readily available, which was reassuring given the initial nerves of wiring funds to a foreign entity. While I read some difficult Reddit reviews about changing contracts, my experience was smooth because I followed the plan and did my homework. We also conducted our own background checks on Dr. Gansauge before proceeding.

Booking Health provided all necessary case studies and a preliminary consultation and the Professor answered all my questions. The logistics were painless: they set up a blood draw, followed by a personalized Dendritic Cell Therapy infusion six days later. The support staff (Charly, Sylvie, and Horst) provided excellent transportation, and our interpreter, Claudia, was invaluable. She stayed by my side for all three clinic visits, clarifying details with the broader medical staff even though the Professor speaks excellent English.

My husband and I now have a clear understanding of the laboratory process and what to expect next. I am currently supporting my 6 million newly armed dendritic cells with nutrition, exercise, and Vitamin D.

Based on this experience, and hope of cancer remission, I would recommend all of these parties. I plan to update this review annually to share my progress.
