From the very beginning, the communication with the BookingHealth team was professional, clear, and reassuring. I am deeply disappointed with my experience with MedExpert Consulting. They gave us false hope by quoting a success rate of up to 68% and saying that the worst outcome would be stopping tumor growth. However, after following their recommendation and proceeding with dendritic cell therapy, my loved one sadly passed away just a month later — with absolutely no visible benefit or improvement from the treatment.

This company does not operate with genuine medical professionalism. They only act as intermediaries, referring you to another medical center while giving inconsistent information and success rates. It felt like their main focus was financial gain rather than patient care or honesty.

I strongly advise anyone considering them to be very cautious. Especially beware of dealing with Kate and Nassim, who managed our case — they were unhelpful, unprofessional, and seemed driven purely by money, not compassion or real medical results.

From very first contact with Kate on BookingHealth we had a very good experience regarding information etc. On site in Germany we experienced a very flexible and friendly handling by Claudia and Hishem although we had to change appointment at the clinic in last minute due to other reasons.

Whatever I say about MedExpert Consulting/Booking Health, would not be enough. They are absolutely fantastic. We are from Chicago, and they did everything they could to accommodate the time difference for our conversations over the phone. Additionally, from the time we submitted our inquiry, they reached out to us within 24 hours and initiated conversation. They answered every question we had, and my wife is a registered nurse so we had some tough questions. Every single individual on their staff is phenomenal. From the health coordinator Denis Walter, to the travel coordinator Nassim, to every single driver THEY arranged for us, treated us with so much respect and class. The interpreter Claudia is such a sweetheart that we wanted to take her home with us. The medical staff at Dr. Gaunsage’s office were incredible, and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. Even after my father received the dendritic cell injection, Dr. Gaunsage sat down with us and was willing to take as much time with us as needed to answer all of our questions and give us the peace of mind we needed. Additionally, our treatment plan consists of a second clinic, the WEGE Klinik in Bonn. Therefore, our trip had multiple destinations and their service has answered my questions up until now. They even assisted with having my wife’s employer’s requested Family Medical Leave of Absence form completed by both clinics, translating it from English to German so it can be completed by the doctors. They don’t just give you a general treatment plan, but rather obtain all of your medical files and pertinent information, then have it reviewed by the doctors, to create a personal plan best suited for the patient and his/her specific health issue. MedExpert Consulting was very helpful all the way through the process of booking the surgery to discharge. The interpreter assigned to us was very helpful in getting the questions needed asked and being able to tell us what was going on in detail and assisting us whenever was needed essentially. There was no trouble with paperwork and was handled by them for the most part. Organised transport to and from the airport also. Overall, fantastic treatment from them and very useful when undertaking a major surgery abroad.

My wife was diagnosed with a grade 4 diffuse midline glioma, the NHS said there was nothing that could be done. After searching the internet and contacting specialists all over the world, I found Booking Health.
I spoke with a lady named Kate, who was very helpful, polite and sincere. I gave her my wife’s diagnosis and she came back to me with a doctor and treatment plan in Germany.
My friends and I did a background check on the doctor, also looking into Booking Health to make sure I was not being misled.
We set up a GoFundMe and managed to raise enough money, I was still slightly concerned that this could be a scam. So I did some more research because, as they say “if it seems too good to be true, it usually is”. Everything I found suggested it was legit and due to having no other options, we went for it.
We then heard from Booking Health’s travel advisor, Julia, who helped us find flights and accommodation. Once we had planned all of this, Julia arranged for our driver to take us everywhere we needed to go in Germany.
Everything about our trip was as good as it could have been. Doctor Frank Gansauge, his staff and our interpreter Claudia, were exceptionally friendly and professional.
My wife was feeling hopeful for the first time since her diagnosis. After the treatment was completed we said our goodbyes and thanked them all for their help.
We arrived home yesterday, weary from travelling but more confident now that maybe we can share a future together.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH THE WELL-BEING OF YOUR LOVED ONES. The same CEO as booking Health. Scam artists

No care was provided due to my mother's deteriorating health with stage four cancer; I sent letters from her doctor stating she was not fit to fly or travel. All I did was pay a deposit of €11,000, but the second part of the agreement to authorize Booking Health to act on my mother's behalf at the hospital was never signed, as she was hospitalized the day after the deposit was made. I have submitted all evidence regarding this. No services were utilised or scheduled. I am still waiting for the refund that was promised to me. This money should be held in a holding and I feel they have used this money unlawfully. After all this waiting, I began researching reviews, and I urge you to read them before making a reservation. The one-star reviews on trustpilot are accurate, and there are even news articles about others who have faced similar issues, including cases where individuals passed away before receiving treatment and their loved ones are still waiting on their money back. Thousands of pounds not returned. Can you imagine this, this is evil. Trustpilot has all the detailed one star reviews. Booking Health follows the same procedure with many clients, including myself.



1. They assure you that you will receive your money to keep you satisfied for a few days.

2. They stop responding and have their quality director, Hamy, email you to keep you waiting for a few more days.

3. They claim that the negative reviews are from competitors, which is simply untrue; in fact, the positive reviews are likely fabricated. I have contacted the negative reviews, there is a dedicated email address for people who have been scammed.

4. They then request your bank details to delay you further.

5. They ask you to sign a non-disclosure agreement in exchange for a partial refund.

6. Still, no money is returned, and they start ignoring you.

7. Some individuals have taken them to court and still have not received their refunds.



Additionally, the booking agents are aggressive, lack medical training, and merely email hospitals on your behalf, which you could easily do yourself for half the price with properly trained medical staff. Just pick up the phone and contact the hospital; most staff speak fluent English. I have documentation of all the misleading information provided by the booking agent. It disgusts me to think of all the lies I was told while my mother fights Stage four cancer. I cannot believe this situation has unfolded. All I want is my money back. I do not need or want any extra stress in an already challenging time.



They do not respond to emails or calls, and even their CEO remains silent.They promised me I would have it today after weeks of additional stress. Nothing again.



Please heed this warning; they are exploiting vulnerable sick individuals, and I cannot comprehend how they can rest easy at night. These are facts—conduct your own investigation.
