The dresses are good but their quality is not good enough.

One of the top dress designer, I order form the website 3 times , all of them arrive faster and the quality is super compared to the price . My new fav online shop

J'ai commandé une robe à 130 euros mais des frais de port de 65 euros !!! pour la France !! J'ai payé ( cadeau pour ma femme). Mais voilà qu'on me demande de payer encore des frais de douane de 16 euros ! Inadmissible ! Le site ne paye même pas ces frais ! Je pensais que dans le prix de 65 euros, les frais de douanes seraient inclus ! A fuir pour l'arnaque des frais !

If only I can rate this less than a zero I would’ve done that !! This was my first time ordering from this website and the last time ! I made my order on the 29th and there was no update on the system whatsoever neither from the website or the app and I wanted to cancel my order since there’s no update and I do not know if I’m ever going to receive my items and they keep repeating the same reasons ! Talking about customer satisfaction well I’m not satisfied with this greedy ** company ! Keep in mind that my order is +$1000 and it was going to be more but I didn’t know if I should trust this website. So please keep your money and order from a TRUSTED website !

I ordered since 23 of march then accidentally find in junk mail my address is invalid.
So i reply to them in same message
I try to call customer service no one reply
Even if i want to cancel and return all money i cant.
You can see the comment on instagram all compiling and they do nothing

7th Apr Update : Mean Blvd had reassigned a different personnel to rectify the problem. I was given store credit so it's all resolved now!

Review on Mar: I ordered twice and I was happy with 2 out of 4 items. 3rd item is acceptable and I intended to return the 4th item.

Here comes the problem! *:) The return process was lengthy and on a complicated side (actually the worst that I ever experienced!). I was having some technical issue and was unable to enter the page to lodge the report even though I actually emailed the customer service to request for a return beforehand.

The customer service Neo Nguyen took his time and all replies were the exact same, generic email. Obviously it was a standard template to answer ALL questions without really having the need to understand individual issues faced by different customers.

Actually Neo Nguyen might as well be an-automated reply system, it's no difference LOL

Other theory was Mean Blvd never had the intention to accept any return or issue any refund, it's all just a false front!!

Really bad customer service. They don’t respond by emails phone or chatbot. Once you make an order u cannot cancel !! it is very complicated do not buy from them

I’m always cautious about buying clothes online as I know how saturated the market is with convincing dupes and poor customer service but my experience with this site has been a great experience. Reasonable prices for high quality products and fast excellent customer service. They were also quick to respond about shipping delays due to covid and very apologetic for any inconvenience it may cause. Am definitely going to buy here again and you should too!!

Customer service is very responsive. They reply promptly and is able to give advice to my request which is quite personal.

Quality of the apparel is consistently super. I am so confident in their quality and have made repeated orders
