The dress looked exactly as pictured. The material, the seam and cut looked very high-quality.
Customer service was helpful and went above and beyond. I reached out for a possible expedited processing as I had placed the order rather last minute for my event. Customer service was quick to response and coordinated with workers to have my dress made and delivered very quickly. It came 2 weeks ahead of schedule.

Order since March and haven't gotten anything since May. It took forever to get a alert about the item being sold out and getting an exchange. Be aware of the time and it might not be worth the time.

TLDR: legit website but buy with caution
Long review so TLDR: Yes it’s a legitimate website but BUY WITH CAUTION! Clothing quality likely vendor dependent, and extremely long returns process.
I bought a dress from the vendor Happy Clothing for $556USD. The dress looks like what’s advertised but it had stains, raw edges and was torn at the seams connecting to the bodice. The material was organza but felt rough and plastic, and was not breathable. I can accept the material being crap but can’t look past stains and tears at this price point.
As this was a defective product, I started the returns process for a full refund (if it’s not defective, you get a store credit). The dress was shipped off to the USA on 31/12/24, then it goes to Vietnam and the refund landed in my account on the 27/3/25. Despite the website saying it would refund me the cost of the shipping I paid to return the dress, they haven’t and I’m just going to let that go on the account of the lovely and helpful MeanBLVD team member, Atee, who I communicated with over the course of 3 months (I had to ask for updates every so often).
Overall, I won’t be ordering from this site again.

Do not make the same mistake I did. The dress I ordered was very different from the photos/videos of the item. The colors were off, especially the gold, which in reality was more of a brown. Thin material that wrinkles easily and difficult to return. Buyer beware.

What terrible service. They respond to emails but don't expect a delivery. I had to cancel my credit card. I have no dress for the wedding. I relied on them.

Expensive delivery service. I wanted to retuen my dress because it was too small, they advised that I have to pay for shipping fee (other than the fee I paid while purchasing the dress) and the refund will be in (points) to my account & I can use them for my next order. Thanks so much for all that was done to help us get it here in time. I cannot say enough about how helpful each of you were. Everyone moved so quickly to provide assistance. Even though I worked with multiple people, the communication was absolutely seamless. Very impressive.
It was my mistake in not clearly understanding the delivery time needed that put the arrival time in question. I was treated with so much kindness and courtesy as well as given immediate assistance. Thank you again. You helped make a very special occasion more beautiful.

$200+ dress with cheap zipper and bad stitching
I really loved the dress. Before opening, you have to take a video of the dress to make sure it was all good. Unfortunately, I thought I had checked thoroughly just to find out after the video that some stitches were uneven and not well done. I spent a good $200+ dollars on this dress and would expect good quality overall however the zipper was really cheap. The moment I bent over the zipper popped. Mind you, it wasn't that tight. So when I wore the dress to an event, I was super conscious that it was going to be unzipped again... I advise you to check every stitch and check the zipper in the video too.
