I am amazed and dumbfounded by how quick my order arrived from Vietnam. Ordered on 18th aug and arrived by 23rd Aug morning.
Although the delivery fee was $85 usd so make sense for it to come so fast. ( I hope they start providing free shipping if purchased in high quantity)
I bought 3 items from designer Tinh Atelier The clothing is very high quality and good material. Definitely meant for tall girlies so need a bit trimming. People buying from USA or aud make sure to check size guide. I would say go. a size up since as the item run small.
The packaging was so cute and fancy with a nice thank you note from the brand and team.
I will definitely be a loyal customer to this website.

Awful. They had the wrong address on the delivery label, asked them multiple times to contact DHL to correct it as I wasn’t able to and they kept saying it was correct. It’s like talking to a brick wall. Never received what I ordered and now going through credit card dispute.

- On July 16, 2024, our shipper contacted you to deliver your package, but you requested that the package be held at their counter for you to pick up.
- Some time later, you did not pick up the package but left a review on Trustpilot stating that we did not deliver it to you.
- On July 24, 2024, we contacted DHL and received information that you had requested the package to be held at their counter. We then requested DHL to redeliver the package to your address, and you received your package on July 26, 2024.
Since you left this review, we have contacted you multiple times via email and phone, hoping you would amend the review as it is not accurate. Unfortunately, you have not responded to our attempts and have decided to keep the review unchanged.
This inaccurate review significantly affects our reputation. We have full photographic evidence showing that you requested DHL to hold the package at their counter, as well as proof that DHL successfully delivered the package to you so we kindly ask you to reconsider your position.

I placed an order almost a month ago.. I have not received an email confirmation or any tracking information (the dress was estimated to be delivered 2 weeks ago). I sent 3 emails to the support center, along with a screen shot of my order number, and have not received a response. I also called the provided phone number. It is a non-working number. I am at a loss- $900 paid to Meanblvd and no dress.

They're purporting to sell products they don't even have, will take 10+ to tell you that something you bought is not even shipping. If for some reason you are relying on their products for a special event, be it a wedding or prom or cocktail hour, know that you should buy with a buffer of 30 days. 12 to find out you're not getting your products from then, with the next two weeks you can spend finding what you're actually going to wear. Horrible. Ruined my plans for a dear friend's international wedding. Never use. Never shop.

First, I ordered a dress one month before my occasion, but the arrival time was supposed to be ten days after the occasion. I asked the customer service to speed up the order and they were very polite and helpful. I was hopeless that I would get the dress earlier, but suddenly they sent the dress ten days before the occasion. I got the dress in so elegant packaging and the dress was perfect in all aspects. I am extremely satisfied and happy with this experience.
