I have ordered 4 dresses, 2 on separate occasions and I love the quality and design of all of them. When I had some trouble woth the shipment/contents, the staff/owner responded promptly and addressed my concern to make sure I was satisfied. Greatly recommend! A little pricey but I think it’s worth it for the quality of the products.

It was great since I was looking for a gift for my wife for her birthday and the Customer Service team have helped me a lot in find an appropriate one, it took 2 weeks for the order to arrive but when my wife received her present she was amazed! Thanks for the help team. Will be back on her next birthday

I had 5 unauthorized transactions taken from account on the same day to the value of AUD $1058.04. My transaction statement listed MEAN BLVD as the receiver of this money.

Advised my bank who were able to tell me the origin of the transactions in Vietnam.

Attempted to contact through their support email hoping this was an honest mistake. We had never heard to Mean Blvd before this issue, let along order anything from them.

A week later I have received no response except for an automated reply to my initial email. It was only after I wrote my initial review (7 Sept) did they make email contact with me asking me to provide more details. I note another reviewer got the same request for information after money was taken from their account.

10 October update
I provided Mean Blvd with the information they required and they said they would get their Finance team to investigate. It was another few weeks before I heard back to say they had investigated and the money was not in their accounts.

If this is true, then you can only assume someone has hacked their systems or impersonating them, so BUYERS BEWARE!

9 NOV UPDATE
My Bank in Australia investigating these transactions deemed them as unauthorised and has refunded all my losses in full including the o/s transaction fees. Credit to them!

I then advised MEAN BLVD that my bank had refunded my losses. I then Received another email wishing me well and asking me to remove my Review. I have edited slightly from my original review on 9 Sept and added an extra star in acknowledgment of their follow up but I’m not prepared to remove it, as others may have had a similar experience.

The worst shopping experience i have been experiencing, the finishing was too bad even though it was pricey, and they have the worst retail refund and shipping experience i will never ever recommend buying from this retail app and or web

Stay away from MeanBlvd.com! Terrible Customer Service and Policies -

I wish I could give MeanBlvd.com a zero-star rating. Their customer service is abysmal and completely unresponsive. I've tried contacting them multiple times through email, WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram, and then only respond when you make sure you are on top of trying to get an answer from customer service!. They simply don't care about their customers.

The policies they have in place for customers are laughable, as they don't follow them themselves. It's unacceptable and unprofessional. I highly recommend anyone considering shopping at MeanBlvd.com to think twice before doing so. You're better off buying directly from the brands they sell.

If you do encounter any issues with this company, consider contacting the Vietnamese Competition and Consumer Authority for help. Save yourself the headache and avoid MeanBlvd.com at all costs. They rely on international customers as it is their largest consumer base, but also as they are easier to exploit out of providing good customer care. Please do avoid.

I placed my order on March 30th, and on May 5th, it still in processing. I contacted them so many time to make sure that my order will arrive on time, but not. Unfortunately, they ignored my messages and told me that I should have a backup plan for my graduation.

I ordered a dress here two months ago, and it came last month. I realized I ordered the wrong color, and submitted a refund. They approved it, and I shipped to the given address. And then no update. the USPS website says that it arrived.

Ordered 2 items online. Actual sizes were not listed, and no response to my email request for sizing details. I bought a large in both thinking this was my safest bet. Both items were still too small. I requested a return, had to pay for shipping, and it has been 2 months(!!!) without any credit/refund or even an update. I have to actually create a ticket every time I want an update and the only response I receive is that the package is on its way to a fulfillment center in Vietnam. Does it really take this long?! TERRIBLE customer service and return/refund policy. Do not shop here!!!

I placed an order on January 11. It is now February 6, and I have not received any updates on the order. I reached out to customer service to get an estimated ship date or any information at all about the status of my order. I have not heard back. I understand LNY may have played a role in the delay, but the unresponsiveness of the customer support team and complete lack of updates is very unprofessional and makes me worried this website is a scam.

Update February 10, 2023: I received a message from customer support after they saw my review. They informed me that the package would be shipped the next day. They were true to their word, and I received the package today. The clothes are nice. I really like the structure and designs of the outfits. However, fabric and overall quality should be higher given the price point. For example, some of the buttons are flimsy and not attached to the fabric well. Straps on shirts and dresses are not adjustable. That’s fine for me because they still fit me, but that may not be the case for other people. Overall, I gave 4 stars because I want to support Vietnamese designers.

Beautiful clothes. So unique. I will wear these when I travel for work to New York and London and in my every day therapy practice. Evocative of 1950s and 1960s glamour with a sensual addition of the Asian sari and the embroidered silk dress. My new go to company for office to opera.

Don't shop from this seller. First off, the sizing are too small. I purchased a corset dress for USD 180. When i got it, it was too small, and shorter than I had expected. The website does not indicate the length. Unfortunately, i wasnt able to fit the waist. So i had to return it. Secondly refund is in the form of credit store. And you will have to pay for your own shipping cost with tracking all the way to the states. From singapore that return cost wld be $109. Hence i do NOT recommend this website. Anyway till now they did not receive my return parcel judt becos the tracker wasnt updated.

I love that you can shop for several brands and get it shipped together. The clothes are beautiful and well made. But I hate the price markup: 30% to 50% more than the original price. In future I may wait until I visit Vietnam to buy.

No tracking no. yet! it's been 8 days and my order is supposed to arrive in 5 days.
