Very helpful, polite and professional from the initial phone conversation. Kept me fully informed at all times what would be happening. Report received quickly and is very comprehensive and well presented so made it easy to read. I would highly recommend them.

Prompt, professional and informative service
We had the HomeBuyer survey and the report was very thorough and was generated within four working days of the survey taking place. David who carried out the survey and compiled the report was helpful and honest in answering additional questions we had in relation to the report.
