Had a level 2 survey done on a property we were purchasing. Turnaround was quick and the whole process was so easy. Report is easy to read and basically explains everything to you, even if you have any questions they answered straight away! Highly recommend.

The level 2 survey I received was in-depth without being overwhelming and extremely helpful, it even suggested small improvements to help keep potential issues at bay. Communication was excellent and we would highly recommend using this service.

I've been very happy of my first time experience with Meadow Consultants Ltd. I arranged a home visit meeting with Mr David Crean who was a very polite gentleman and professional in his approach to my issue. Although the outcome to my problem was not personally what I had hoped for but what I had anticipated, Mr Crean was very happy to explain the conditions that prevail and of those that may become evident in the future.

I heard about Meadow Consultants through a friend who had a 5 star experience with them and I’m equally happy with my experience. I needed a quick appointment as my vendor wanted swift action and I wasn’t disappointed. The report (level 2) is thorough and has given enough detail for me to action areas before I officially sign anything. For anyone not considering a survey of a potential purchase property- think again. Work was carried out around 2 weeks after agreeing, survey came back after 3 days.

The information found has allowed us to understand the work needed to be carried out on the property and approach contractors for the work to have an idea of the cost.
