I go to the maxi zoo in Finglas and I have to say the staff are so lovely and kind,especially a young girl called Pearl and a young man called Michael,I highly recommend this store

Reliable and fast delivery every month. The doggos love the food,so it's worth it with the gree delivery factored in. The store is great too, staff are always very helpful and knowledgable, the shop is spotless. Always good to have a browse if I'm in the area.

Found treats and food for my cat easily, pleasant cashier. A nice visit to Drogheda shop.

Cannot recommend this shop enough. I visit the Midleton store weekly and the staff are just amazing. Ian is amazing at his job and always takes his time to talk through anything that I have questions about. Would be absolutely lost without him. Finally found the perfect food for my 6 month old cavapoo Loki, the fussiest dog in the world. Great work all ye.are a pleasure to visit (Loki thinks so too)😍 🐶

Well done Maxi Zoo Clonmel! You could have taken another €160 yesterday had your Manager been reasonable. I visited the Clonmel shop yesterday to buy a large dog crate. The only one available was on display and the box was badly torn. As a gesture of goodwill I asked them to reduce the price by €10 (yes €10!). The message came back saying the Manager had refused as the item only went on display the day before (the sales assistant told me a couple of days). Note to the Manager - an item is ex display no matter how long it has been out of the box and displayed!

I am very disappointed with the service. I have ordered 2 large bags of dog food on 6th August and still haven’t received it. I called the customer service 3 times, 2nd time Peter was assisting me and he was very rude and not professional. I asked to talk to manager and I am talking with him now at that is it. I asked what solution he has for me, as the Maxi Zoo statement is that deliver is between 3-5 days. He said to wait another 2 days and I will get the order. He didn’t even take notes or check for the DPD status. After 3 days I called again and very professional and kind staff member, Tibor took the details and told me he will investigate and update me shortly. The same day I received an email outlining the problem and summary of our conversation. He gave me €10 voucher. However, 5 days have passed and I still don’t see the order. It has been over 2 weeks!!!

Excellent service, as usual. I have never had any problems with Maxi Zoo. The Order was delivered promptly.

Ordered 10 bags of bedding 2 weeks ago and they took money straight away. A week ago I had an email saying there’s no stock (but website is showing stock available) so they would refund around €100. I’m still without the refund. I’ve emailed the online shopping email as the online form doesn’t work. I’ve spoken to customer services who said their refund department are away! So I’m contacting my bank to get a chargeback for a potentially fraudulent transaction. They don’t seem willing or able to issue a refund. Bad business and wasting my time and money.

Poor customer service making me wasting my time and my energy plus threat loyal customer without consideration and totally unfairly.

Do not buy online but directly at the shop for for safety and no surprise.

Order past the 4th of August and never arrived. No update on DpD, Maxi Zoo weren’t able to tell me why and firstly think I did received the parcel based on false and wrong information they got.

After 2 weeks without news of my order, after several emails and discussion on phone with Customer service ( being patient and polite, being a loyal customer for 2 years … ) they ask me a handwriting letter to testify that I ve never received the order.
I was feeling bad but didn’t want to have pay for nothing or being scammed so I do write the letter.
The answer was negative like they refuse the refund or I was on my right according to policy, more than 2-3 days for delivery or I Never receive it even after 14 days !

I have also request them to send it again if they have to, directly to a shop then I can collect it as I didn’t trust anymore DpD or they online service after this experience.
They refuse like they refuse a refund. Instead they send it again without asking anything …

Don’t get me wrong, 80% of the time orders will arrive without issue but when it happens … be ready of that … I can see several similar experiences on other reviews so it’s a fact.

For me now, only at the shop or nothing.

my 3 years old beautiful cavichon healthy fit playful gorgeous baby boy went for a trim ,
and was scalped , and destroyed , total ruined and depressed and cut and damage back leg in horrible constant pain .
pain conditions ... and constantly visit from day one
to vet ,,, broken heart now , my poor baby boy ,

I have been waiting for the order for the third week. The customer service only promises that it will come tomorrow. It's been like this for a week. I do not recommend online shopping to anyone

Very good shop fast delivery

Delivery was late and I had to follow up on expected delivery date. When the items arrived, the dry dog food was damaged and product scattered in the packaging. I reported to Customer Service whom advised the items will be resent. After 6 days I am still waiting on the re-sent items? Doubtful that I will order online again as it is not a reliable service.

Ordered dog food online 30th July. As of 14th August still no word of a delivery. Emailed customer service and no reply.

Has happened once before in the past but thought it might have just been a once off. Won't be a returning customer and can't recommend.

Great experience at the Doggy Salon Maxi Zoo Killarney for puppy's 1st grooming. Emma was so good with him and he is so neat, tidy and happy. Would highly recommend! Thanks Emma

I don't recommend ordering online from that shop! It's almost 2 weeks now when I didn't receive my order. I just got refund today without saying the word why I didn't get the order. I have to mention that all of the products I ordered are still available on the website. Avoid!
