Ich bin absolut zufrieden die Ware kam innerhalb von drei Werktagen bei mir Zuhause an,das ist jetzt das zweite oder dritte mal das ich bei Master in Time bestellt habe und sicher nicht das letzte Mal!

bought a tissot tour de france. arrived a bit late as there is a lockdown here in melbourne. all good. product arrived in brand new condition. no problem at all. will definitely buy from them again.

Watch strap received. After reading some of the reviews I was a bit skeptical, but this was one of the only sites I found that had the watch strap I needed, so I placed my order. There were some initial hiccups (like me not providing a complete mailing address), but Paula, a member of the support team, was super helpful, responding to my emails quickly and keeping me informed as we got everything straightened out. Very happy with the strap and the service. Thanks Paula!

Bracelet estampillé Seiko, le doute quant à l'authenticité est permis : au premier coup d'oeil, le cuir semble de mauvaise qualité, différent de l'original. Pour ce qui est de la longévité, le bracelet s'est spontanément rompu après quelques semaines d'utilisation.

Total scam. Ordered my husband a watch. Their shipping tracker said it arrived in Australia but NEVER left “arrived in Australia”. Never received the goods. They just kept saying to us that the tracking number was correct and that it was on its way to push us out. Fortunately we paid with PayPal and they refunded us. They even went as far as to email us the day before the PayPal claim was finalised (once you put in a claim you can no longer contact the seller) asking us to sign some very home job looking form saying we hadn’t received the goods if we wanted it rectified we had to sign it and send it back. Total scam company. Don’t buy anything from them.

Sehr große Auswahl an Uhren. Am 18.08.2021 am sehr späten Nachmittag eine Herrenarmbanduhr bestellt. Ware perfekt verpackt und am 19.08.2021 um 07.35Uhr, also weniger als 24 Stunden unversehrt erhalten. Perfekte und seriöse Abwicklung. Man kann diesen Händler nur empfehlen.

Ordered a Seiko watch from Masters in Time on Saturday. Received the package on Wednesday. Super fast delivery! Watch came well packed and in brand new condition.

Ich kann und werde dieses Unternehmen zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen. Super schnelle Lieferung, gute Verpackung..aber vor allem steht hier der zufriedene Kunde im Vordergrund. Email sofort beantwortet und super schnell und freundlich Probleme aus der Welt geschafft...👌👍👍👍 obwohl es nicht ihr Fehler war, trotzdem eine Rückerstattung ohne Probleme bekommen...

Masters in Time company is amazing deceivers and scammers. They promised me to replace the bracelet, but didn't do this, and didn't return the money for the delivery. Be very careful !!!!!!!!! A shame!!!

I'm completly satisfied with the order. I ordered on 13.7 and in 10 days the order came to the Czech Republic. The watch straps fits perfectly for TH watch. Thank you so much.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company! I ordered a pair micheal kors straps and received two different shades so I then proceeded to contact Masters In Time. I ended up shipping the watch straps back in March, it is now July and they state that they never received the watch straps. I have been going back and forth with this company which has resulted me in getting nowhere. I spent $70 CAD and have not been compensated for their mistake. I have never been more frustrated!

It arrived very quickly and the watch was exactly as shown on the pictures.

J’étais un peu retissante avant d’acheter en voyant tous les avis négatifs. J’ai quand même pris le risque d’acheter une montre Hugo boss. J’ai acheter la montre le 2 mai et l’ai reçu le 7 mai. Je recevais un mail tous les jours me dire que ma commandes allait être livrée. Je ne suis vraiment pas déçue

Achat d'un bracelet Tissot à plu de 53 euros. Livré en neuf jours au lieu des 4 garantis sur le site.
Aucun poussoir à ressort fourni avec le bracelet. A ce point, les économies d'échelle confinent au mépris du client !

Be Careful. I ordered a woman's watch band, leather. It was about 2 1/2 inches too long, much longer than the original band.
They said this was a "normal" length for a woman, but that isn't possible; my wife has normal size wrists. They didn't have a shorter one, and I couldn't return it (sending it to Europe would have been a problem anyway). It cost $45

Needed a strap for my citizens watch. only place I could find it.. fantastic experience. Took about 9 days to get here (USA) but brand new citizen band arrived , was exactly as described.
