Laut den Bedingungen des Shops gilt ein 14-tägiges Rückgaberecht mit anschließender Prüfung und automatischer Rückerstattung innerhalb von 1–5 Tagen. Die Realität sieht leider völlig anders aus:

Keine Kommunikation: Ich wurde weder über den Eingang der Rücksendung informiert noch wurde die Rückzahlung im angegebenen Zeitrahmen veranlasst.

Hinhaltemanöver: Auf eigene Nachfrage wurde ich lediglich mit Ausreden vertröstet. Eine Auszahlung erfolgte weiterhin nicht.

Eingreifen erforderlich: Erst durch das Einschalten des PayPal-Käuferschutzes habe ich mein Geld zurückerhalten. Der Fall wurde seitens PayPal rasch zu meinen Gunsten entschieden.

Dass mittlerweile auch Trustpilot vor diesem Shop warnt, überrascht mich nach dieser Erfahrung nicht mehr. Ein absolut unseriöses Verhalten – ich kann diesen Shop keinesfalls weiterempfehlen!

Marielle Stokkelaar dresses are perfect in every way. I love the Phoebe dress and own it in multiple colors. Each time I wear one of them, the compliments don’t stop and everyone wants to know the brand. Thank you for making the perfect dresses!

I wanted a chic dress that would take me through several celebratory events leading into Xmas & Marielle Stokkelar delivered.
Choosing which dress was the most challenging stage (gorgeous pale pink or white?). Choice eventually made & click, off went the order.
Oh no on reading the prompt receipt I noticed I hadn’t changed the colour to white from pink.
Finding the contact details on the organised website was clear & off went my email explaining my problem. Within 24 hours I had received a reply - all sorted. Several days later my dress arrived. It is just devine, a perfect fit, quality material & it was Estelle Lace white - love, love, love it.

Je suis ravie de mon achat ! Dès la réception du colis, j’ai été agréablement surprise par la rapidité de l’expédition et le soin apporté à l’emballage. Tout était parfaitement préparé et la robe est arrivée rapidement, en excellent état.

La qualité du tissu est remarquable : il est agréable au toucher, élégant et donne à la robe un très joli tombé. On sent immédiatement que les finitions et les matières ont été choisies avec soin.

Mais ce qui m’a véritablement séduite, c’est la beauté et l’originalité de la robe. Elle est encore plus belle en réalité que sur les photos ! Son design est raffiné, féminin et vraiment unique. Elle attire les regards tout en restant élégante et délicate.

Stunning and Versatile Dresses!I recently purchased two dresses, and I am absolutely delighted with both! They are absolutely stunning and hang beautifully on the body. You can tell they are really well-crafted from high-quality fabric.What I love most is how versatile and elegant they are, you can easily dress them up for a special event or dress them down for a more casual look. I highly recommend them!

Dreadful company to purchase from - they tricked me into duplicating my order by messaging me and saying there were still items in my basket - I'd have no email confirmation so completed the order and then they took the money twice. Despite telling them promptly they ignored my request for them to cancel the duplicate. The delivery was delayed, then I was asked to pay 30% import charge on both packages by DHL, something which I was not made aware of at any pint during the ordering process. I said I didn't want them on that basis, and asked for the 2 packages to be returned, which they ignored. Spoke to my bank and they advised me to pay the import duty and then claim from the company. The dresses have been returned, but now they are saying they haven't received them (DHL have emailed delivery confirmation). They are liars and cheats - I will get my money back (over £800 with the duplicated order and import duty) via my bank, but this has been going on over a month. Please do not order from this company, they are totally corrupt and should be banned from trading.

The dress looks absolutely gorgeous and fits the figure beautifully. The material is lovely and soft to the touch, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. The style is very feminine, making it perfect for both everyday wear and special occasions. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Die Kleider sind wunderschön, gut verarbeitet und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Leider war die Lieferzeit extrem lang und auch der Rücksendeprozess gestaltet sich nicht ganz einfach.

I have bought 2 dresses and they are such beautiful quality. The fit is very flattering and exactly as shown in the pictures. Very fast response and delivery within a few days. Love them both and can’t wait to wear them out!

This was the first time I had ordered from Marielle Stokkelaar. The ordering process was excellent: easy with regular and accurate updates about my order. I was able to adjust the date of delivery through DHL with ease. It is a beautiful, well tailored dress, but for a petite person such as me, it will require adjustment. Not for the first time I wish I was a little taller!
