Tres mauvaise expérience : la commande a été retournée car le modèle ne convenait pas. Le remboursement n’a pas effectué fait malgré plusieurs demandes. Ils me répondent que le magasin n’a pas reçu le colis en retour.

They received my return five weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my refund of 316€. They will simply not refund you unless you delete a poor review (which they will try to get removed first by contacting Trustpilot). I don't understand how they are still allowed to operate in the EU. To add insult to injury, they sent me the following:

We have noticed that since 2025, you have placed multiple orders with us and subsequently returned all of the items.

Due to the repeated returns, we kindly ask that you do not place any further orders with us in the future. Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to accept or ship new orders placed by you.

This is after I've spent 837€ on their dresses and paid 80€ for my own return shipping. The worst online business I've ever dealt with.

More delay tactics. Another email yesterday, this time they said they would provide the refund but I am still waiting. This issue continues unresolved. Do NOT purchase online from Marielle Stokkelaar. There are many other similar reviews from other customers below.

SCAM!!

Jurk besteld die veel te groot was (one size, terwijl ik L heb). Retour aangemeld, ze geven je 3 dagen om de retour terug te brengen na verzending van hun mailtje. Ik heb dit mooi gedaan eind juli maar intussen is het oktober en nog steeds geen cent terug!

Ich habe hier ein Kleid in der für die Marke typischen Einheitsgröße bestellt. Die Kleider fallen aber tatsächlich sehr sehr groß aus. Für mich, Größe 36 / S, viel zu groß. Daher direkt zeitnah Retoure bei der Firma angekündigt und auch versendet. Eingang der Ware wurde mir mittlerweile von der Firma selbst bestätigt, aber auf die Erstattung warte ich noch heute. Meine letzten beiden Emails an die Firma wurden nicht beantwortet, obwohl vorher immer innerhalb von ca. 2 Tagen geantwortet wurde.
Ich kann die Marke / den Onlineshop daher leider definitv nicht empfehlen und rate von Bestellungen dort ab!

I returned my order at the beginning of September. To make matters worse, customers have to pay for return shipping out of their own pocket, and on top of that, you have to track the shipment yourself just to prove it arrived at their warehouse. Even though delivery was confirmed, I have been strung along with empty promises every single week, and I still haven't received my refund. This level of service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Enorm duur voor de kwaliteit die je krijgt. Het retourbeleid is ronduit schandalig! Ik heb dit dan ook hogerop gerapporteerd. Je betaalt al veel geld voor de items, en als je vervolgens wil retourneren, moet dit ook nog op eigen kosten. Daarna zag ik een melding in de BPost app dat de retour was aangekomen, maar van het bedrijf zelf hoorde ik verder niets. Mijn terugbetaling is tot op vandaag nog steeds niet in orde, ondanks dat ik al 2 reminders heb gestuurd.

Ga hier nooit meer bestellen.

I placed an order one day and cancelled it the next. That was back in August, and despite numerous requests, they still haven't refunded my money. They just say they are sorry and keep lying, claiming they will issue the refund.

Am liebsten würde ich Minus-Sterne vergeben: Erst wird versucht die Retoure zu verhindern, dann wird versucht die Retoure so zu verzögern, dass der Rückgabezeitraum abläuft, dann hat man hohe Versandkosten, weil der Rückversand zu Lasten des Kunden geht - okay, geschenkt-, dann schreibt man 4 Wochen und länger mit irgendeinem Menschen oder KI- Agenten - who knows - und bekommt am Ende sein Geld aufgrund unseriöser Aussagen nicht zurück. Dank PayPal und dem Käuferschutz (der Laden ist dort auch schon negativ gemeldet) habe ich inzwischen mein Geld wieder auf meiner KK. Und auch erst danach habe ich mich getraut hier so ehrlich zu schreiben. Nie wieder!!! Und ich kann nur jeden warnen sich von dem fantastischen Marketing „einnebeln“ zu lassen. Schade, sehr schade! Nein, unseriös und verachtenswert!

Seit über zwei Monaten keine Rückerstattung

Extrem enttäuschender Kundenservice.

Ich habe meine Bestellung #83238 ordnungsgemäß zurückgesendet. Laut DHL wurde die Retoure nachweislich bereits am 31.07.2026 um 09:49 Uhr in den Niederlanden zugestellt.

Heute, mehr als zwei Monate später, habe ich meine Rückerstattung in Höhe von 225,08 € immer noch nicht erhalten.

Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass ich das Unternehmen mehrfach kontaktiert und ausdrücklich auf die nachgewiesene Zustellung hingewiesen habe. Nach einer derart langen Zeit erwarte ich keine weiteren Vertröstungen, sondern schlicht die Rückzahlung meines Geldes.

Artikel verspätet erhalten, nach Rücksendung nur ständige Vertröstungen in ewigem E-Mail-Kontakt. Nach 2 Monaten habe ich eine Frist zur Rückzahlung gesetzt und nachdem diese wieder ohne Erfolg verstrichen war habe ich den Paypal-Käuferschutz in Anspruch genommen. Das ist etwas aufwändig, weil man den E-Mail-Schriftverkehr dokumentieren muss, aber - so habe ich schlussendlich die Rückzahlung erhalten.
Völlig unseriöses Unternehmen !!!!

The material is very, very nice. I love the dress. It’s a bit short, but just in the front. The dress is BIG and sassy which is nice and the solid color allows you to act as though you’re working on a blank canvas. Add a statement necklace, drape a fancy scarf, add red shoes or wear your red glasses. It’s a fun one.

I ordered 3 dresses - 1 was damaged and returned and the 2 others were never delivered.

I am waiting for more than 2 months for the refund and there is no news... They keep on saying that they have transferred the request to the billing department but there is no follow up and no refund

I would definitively refrain from buying from that company unless you are certain about the size

Zeer slecht bedrijf!

Ik bestelde een jurk die bij het model (maat s) een beetje oversized was en ondanks mijn Nederlandse maat 42 verzoop ik in de jurk.
Toen ik aangaf dat ik de jurk retour wilde sturen wilden ze eerst weten waarom. Daarna oefenden ze druk uit om de jurk (met 20 procent korting) te houden. Dan kon ik deze door een coupeuse laten aanpassen 😂😂

Maar nu komt het. De jurk is al vijf maanden retour, maar ze betalen het aankoop bedrag niet terug. Met een zeer arrogante en betuttelende toon geven ze me te verstaan dat het binnenkort komt.

Koop hier ajb niets!
