Als je het nodig vindt om met een fake Hermes riem voor een Dior sign je jurken te verkopen klopt er iets niet. En gezien de retourpolicy en de slechte recensies ga ik daar echt niets bestellen. Jammer, want leuke jurken 😍

Laat je vooral niet misleiden door de 5-sterren reviews. Mijn advies: lees eerst de 1 ster reviews voordat je hier besteld. De ervaringen die daarin worden beschreven, komen overeen met wat ik zelf heb meegemaakt. Ik had zelf een zeer negatieve ervaring en zou daarom willen dat mensen zich goed informeren voordat ze een bestelling plaatsen. Kijk dus vooral verder dan alleen de positieve reviews!!

Beautiful dress and excellent customer service!
A bit expensive with added duties & taxes but I absolutely love the colour and print of this dress — it’s even more beautiful in person. The quality is excellent, and the dress feels very well made and special. The customer service was also fantastic: very responsive, helpful and attentive throughout and tried to solve . I’m really happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying again from the winter collection! ❤️

Extremely difficult to return an item and get refund. Tracking shows return was delivered but website states it was not restocked. Endless promises that refund has been sent for processing and yet no refund has been issued for weeks. Had to dispute charges on credit card card. I do not recommend.

I bought a beautiful, colourful kaftan dress, so excited to wear it on my trip to Nice in September ! Beautiful material and super quality. I will purchase again !

Keine Kommunikation: Ich wurde weder über den Eingang der Rücksendung informiert noch wurde die Rückzahlung im angegebenen Zeitrahmen veranlasst.

Hinhaltemanöver: Auf eigene Nachfrage wurde ich lediglich mit Ausreden vertröstet. Eine Auszahlung erfolgte weiterhin nicht.

Eingreifen erforderlich: Erst durch das Einschalten des PayPal-Käuferschutzes habe ich mein Geld zurückerhalten. Der Fall wurde seitens PayPal rasch zu meinen Gunsten entschieden.

Dass mittlerweile auch Trustpilot vor diesem Shop warnt, überrascht mich nach dieser Erfahrung nicht mehr. Ein absolut unseriöses Verhalten – ich kann diesen Shop keinesfalls weiterempfehlen!

I wanted a chic dress that would take me through several celebratory events leading into Xmas & Marielle Stokkelar delivered.
Choosing which dress was the most challenging stage (gorgeous pale pink or white?). Choice eventually made & click, off went the order.
Oh no on reading the prompt receipt I noticed I hadn’t changed the colour to white from pink.
Finding the contact details on the organised website was clear & off went my email explaining my problem. Within 24 hours I had received a reply - all sorted. Several days later my dress arrived. It is just devine, a perfect fit, quality material & it was Estelle Lace white - love, love, love it.
