I got a pair of earrings and a necklace and bought another ring as a gift, and definitely coming back to get something else. The earrings are so comfortable and light weight. Everything is well made and another plus is that I can always can find something for any outfit and occasion.

I bought four items from this site. Order number #10427. It is absolute junk. I expected costume jewellery for 220 euros but I got cheap Christmas cracker junk. I can’t get a refund as I live in Europe and am expected to send it to America without any return docket. So I will donate it to the children’s dress up box. I strongly advise against buying anything and appalling customer service.

We would like to clarify that we do offer full refunds on returned items, no questions asked. However, as clearly stated in our return policy, prepaid return labels are only available for U.S. orders. For international orders, customers are asked to arrange the return shipment.

I ordered 3 pieces & one was the wrong item. I didn’t ask for a refund….. just the correct item & free returns label. They said I had to pay for the return postage. I was going to order more jewellery but they just lost a customer & have received a negative review.

Regarding the return label, our policy provides prepaid return labels for U.S. orders only. As this order was placed from the UK, return postage would need to be covered by the customer.
