Great dress. Took a little longer with delivery but the company sent me emails
Explaining the delay and it was delivered from out of Australia within 3 weeks. Very happy. Great quality and would love to order more styles.

Warning, do not purchase from this company. They offer no exchange or refund on there permanent on sale items, leaving you with a $400 au + purchase with no option but to accept, even though it’s illegal. On their website it clearly states a refund within 14 days, however as there items are constantly on some sort of promotion they therefore excluded. Actually so disappointing as the dress was beautiful, just wasn’t the right fit and as they give a size range, no actual measurements, it’s insane that they offer no exchange let alone a refund!

I wish the skirt were a little longer, but it’s lovely!!! Excellent quality and very quick shipping.

I have bought 2 dresses and they are exquisite. The quality of the fabric and the fit are truly amazing. I will definitely add to my wardrobe more pieces from this designer. Thank you for making me look and feel beautiful. Ordering is easy and they arrive within a week. Delivery is received in a beautifully packaged box with a note thanking you.

Zeer slecht retourproces. Ben nog steeds op mijn geld aan het wachten. Ze waren zogezegd mijn pakket kwijt. Daarna zogezegd terugbetaald, tot wel 3 x, nog steeds niets op de rekening.

The dress didn’t fit. I was offered 20% refund if I kept dress and got it altered. I agreed to this but no refund has been received despite several emails! Another company that does absolutely everything to discourage refunds and zero customer service!

Ich kann mich dem Beitrag von Kerstin Holtz uns Sabine nur anschließen. Mir ist es mit einer Rücksendung an Marielle Stokkelaars genauso gegangen. Meine Rücksendung ist vor 8 Wochen dort eingegangen, viele Ausreden und Vertröstungen. Dann die Hälfte der Rückerstattung refundiert, für die zweite Hälfte muss man wieder dran bleiben... völlig unprofessionell und unseriös, ich kann von diesem Shop nur abraten.

Compré el vestido Clementine White y es hermoso y de muy buena calidad, infelizmente me quedó muy largo y tuve que devolverlo.
Ahora bien, el servicio post venta es el complicado, al comprar demoraron en enviarlo más de 10 días y ahora que lo he devuelto y que ya fue entregado a su almacén en 22/09 , aún no tengo información sobre la devolución de mi dinero . Eso me genera dudas sobre si vale la pena volver a comprar algo ahí .

Delivered in a very quick time frame. The dress came in a box wrapped beautifully. The dress is gorgeous beautiful fabric. I feel the dress looks so much better belted which I had in tan. Amazing looking forward to wearing the dress. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Was a bit nervous about ordering as I don’t have much success ordering on line, but I really liked some of the clothes so I took the risk . Order came really quickly and it was very easy for me to alter delivery so I could be home when it arrived . Very pleased with the two dresses I ordered they look great , just like on the website great quality well made and the fit is just as described . Will buy again !!!

This is such a beautiful Laetitia dress that can be dressed up with pumps or boots and down with sneakers! The material and flow of the dress is lovely!
