Je remercie la société Mammut et surtout son service après-vente qui à su répondre de façon fluide et efficace à ma demande.
Ayant maladroitement abimé mon sac de randonnée, j'ai été accompagné afin de pouvoir continuer à profiter de ce sac qui m'a donné totale satisfaction et est d'une grande qualité.
Encore merci pour ce service après vente et pour l'efficacité des interlocuteurs avec qui j'ai échangé !

Goretex jas van 300 euro valt net buiten de garantieperiode letterlijk uit elkaar. Alle naden komen los en 1 van de zakken is onbruikbaar omdat de stof onderaan is loskomen, alles lijkt gelijmd en niet gestikt. De tunnel onderin waar de koort door loopt is voor de helft los gekomen en is half doorgeschuurt. Eerste en laatste keer dat ik iets van Mammut heb gekocht, een jas van de Decathlon was een betere aankoop geweest als je kijkt naar prijs/kwaliteit.

Das Schlechte:
1. Bestellter Trekkingschuh "Trovat Tour High GTX Women" ist billig verarbeitet, die Nähte sind schlecht verklebt, und er ist extrem streif und unbequem. Im Sale für 180€ (Originalpreis: 300€) nicht akzeptabel. Geht direkt zurück.
2. Und jetzt soll dank eines "geplanten System-Upgrades" die "Bearbeitungszeiten für Rücksendungen (...) ca. 4 Wochen" dauern. Na toll.

Schoenen met BOA sluiting gekocht via mammut.com, gaan kapot binnen garantietermijn. Als je reclameert kun je vervolgens weken en weken wachten op een reactie… erg fijn als je op vakantie gaat.

Seit mehreren Jahren bin ich von meinen Mammut Ducan High Gtx absolut begeistert.Die Schuhe entsprechen genau meinen Ansprüchen, und sind vorallem auch für Alpines Bergwandern geeignet.
Da mein altes paar Schuhe mittlerweile sehr abgenutzt war, habe ich mich zum Neukauf entschieden. Das neue Modell Mammut Ducan II High GTX Women kann trotz gleicher Größe nicht mit dem alten mithalten.Der Einstieg in den Schuh wurde zwar verbessert, aber das ist schon der einzige Pluspunkt gegenüber dem Vormodell.
Die Passform hat sich wesentlich zum nachteil verändert. Der Vorfuß wird nunmehr von nur zwei Schlaufen Gehalten. Alles fühlt dich weniger stabil Stabil an. Die Zehen Rutschen bergab trotz Gleichet Größe nach vorn.
Eine große Enttäuschung gegenüber dem Top Vormodell, aus meiner Erfahrung.

I bought a £425 Tais pro insulated jacket in red - its lovely and warm and I was pleased until I realised that the fill contains dark feathers that show through the coat as dark spots... similar to oil stains.
Mammut customer service reply is "its a natural product and can not be helped" and "to pull the dark downs into the background"... REALLY?
Apparently the info on dark spots is in the Materials and Care section which obviously we all read before purchasing and excuses the issue for them.
I always thought of Mammut as a quality brand but clearly they do not stand by their items and use the old "responsibly sourced" line!
Guess Ive got a red with black spots jacket now then which will never see the light of day... fantastic!

Absolutely incredible. I thought of Mammut as high profile - I paid for that. Its service is worse than the cheapest of brands I've used. However, the company is reluctant to replace a battery clip that they mismanufactured on my avalanche beacon (purchased along with 4 full Mammut backpacks incl all necessary avalanche gear). An insanely small fix that can save lives.

I have a large community of skiers and mountaineers and will now recommend everyone to buy other brands - brands that do provide support line most outdoor brands.

Ich kann über Mammut-Artikel leider nichts Gutes berichten. Ich habe eine Skihose erworben, die EUR 299,99 gekostet hat. Die Skihose habe ich nun an ca. 14 Skitagen über 3 Jahre verwendet und es löst sich bereits die angeklebte Verstärkung am unteren Hosenende.
Ich hatte vorher über min. 15 Jahre und bestimmt 100 Skitage eine deutlich günstigere Skihose für damals weniger als 1/10tel dieses Preises, die ich auch noch als Zweithose besitze und bis heute noch keine solchen Abnutzungserscheinungen hat.
Schade, viel Geld heißt nicht bei jeder Marke auch gute Qualität.
Immerhin wurde nach meiner Reklamation bei Mammut anstandslos repariert und ich habe mittlerweile wieder eine mangelfreie Skihose.

Ich organisiere seit 11 Jahren Bergtouren.

Mit Mammut habe ich immer das ein oder andere Problem. Ich mag deren Rucksäcke, aber der erste ist immer kaputt und muss reklamiert werden, jedenfalls war das bei 3 meiner 4 Mammut-Rucksäcke so.

Schuhe passen mir leider meist nicht und früher gabs ein großes Problem mit der Dichtheit, an den Nahtkanten der Goretex-Membran trat sofort Wasser ein, immer wieder.

Jetzt hab ich wieder mal einen neuen Schuh probieren wollen, der ist schon cool, aber passt nicht.
Lieferung war sehr schnell, ich musste aber wegen dem Nichtpassen für meine schmalen Füße den Widerruf erklären.

Mammut erklärt nun rechtswidrige Dinge bezüglich der Rückzahlung, beispielsweise das man erst rückzahle, wenn das Paket da ist, dabei hat der Gesetzgeber geregelt, dass die Rückzahlung zu erfolgen hat: 14 Tage nach Erklärung des Widerrufs und es reicht, wenn das Paket unterwegs ist - klar, sonst hätte der Kunde ja das Versandrisiko.

Vor ein paar Jahren gabs Theater mit einem Gutschein...

Ach, ich mache um Mammut einfach weiter einen großen Bogen.

Mammut Bergschuhe Titanum/Black rissen neben der linken und rechten Naht auf.
Wendete mich mit dem Problem an den MAMMUT Consumer Service im Internet. Sendete eine Problembeschreibung und Bilder.
Bekam einen Retourenschein an MAMMUT Sports Group Retouren, Mammut-Basecamp 1, 87787 Wolfertschwenden.
Schuhe wurden dort begutachtet und ich bekam NEUE/Ersatz.
Die Reklamation lief bei mir sehr gut und angenehm ab und der zeitliche Rahmen war i.O.

Bought the Mammut Kento Advanced High GTX Men. These are supposed to be mountaineering shoes for rocky terrain. Great design and comfortable. I used mine for 15 months on soft forest walks with my dog, before one of the soles started to disintegrate and the front of both boots was so worn that it got holes and that I had wet feet every time. No Waranty because customer service said "they are worn". I'll go back to Lowa, cheaper, much better quality: the lasted pair lasted me 10 years.

The quality of the shoes is a failure, waiting for a refund for 0 quality shoes for 2 weeks, customer service is total ignorance. Shoes with burnt stains.
Chinese company. Absolutely zero quality shoes. Holes in new shoes.
Completely rubbish.

Super Qualität und sie haben alles da was man braucht. Definitiv einen Besuch wert.

Eine defekte Bauchgurt-Schnalle an meinem schon in die Jahre gekommenen, aber noch gut erhaltenen Mammut Rucksack wurde innert kürzester Zeit gratis ersetzt. Von der Anfrage bis zur Lieferung des "Ersatzteiles" dauert es nur wenige Tage. Für mich eine sehr gute Service-Leistung.

Vest gekocht met dezelfde naam als het oude vest van 8 jaar geleden. Maar het nieuwe vest is heel anders van structuur en kleur. De kwaliteit is echt bedroevend. Heb het bij een officiele verkooppartner van Mammut gekocht. Ik heb foto's en beschrijving naar de service afdeling van Mammut gemaild en kreeg een vrij standaard mail terug dat ze het onderzoeken. Na drie weken helemaal niets meer gehoord, ook niet nadat ik twee keer een herinnering heb verzonden. Waardeloos bedrijf, waardeloze service en waardeloze troep in tegenstelling tot wat ze vroeger maakten.

Die Qualität ist mittlerweile unterste Schublade.

Terrible. Purchased a coat in Zermatt Switzerland, did not fit daughter, new with tags. Unable to return in Switzerland because of Christmas Day, then St. Stephen's Day, then departure (even tried at the airport store!). Reached out to US for guidance on returning, even to Switzerland, and I was told (and I quote) “In general, we do not offer returns or exchanges” and they offered me 30% off a future purchase. Their own policy allows returns and exchanges within 30 days. We are within 3 weeks at this point. Insane that they actually lied to me instead of taking 5 minutes to work with me. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. This should be straightforward. They’ve at least lost this family of 5 skiers. Too many other brands to prioritize.

I wish i had read trustpilot before placing an order, this might be one of the worst rated companies ive ever used lol. So about Mammut, well what a completely unnecessary display of monumental incompetence and disgraceful customer service. This dire excuse of a company sent my items using GLS and DHL 2 sets of initials that will forever put me off buying from any company that displays them and you should avoid them too. Mammut told me that their shipping had 'accidentally sent my items to spain' instead of the UK (apparently) before returning them back to mammut, mammut also stated that an immediate refund would be made, but days after and no such refund has been made, I asked them to let me know by email once they had made the refund. They then sent another email reply stating they will now only make a refund once they have the items back. Now I understand this is the process on a regular returns policy but when they have shipped the stuff to the wrong country themselves and their shipping agent has already returned the stuff according to mammut, what are these 'people' doing other than adding fuel to their own fire? What are they trying to gain by forcing me to wait until they have concluded their own farce before returning my payment. This is entirely of their own making and it will be interesting to watch this company spiral down the proverbial plughole over the coming months and years.This is definitely a company to avoid, a filthy skidmark of a company you should avoid displaying on your gear. Interesting they decided on using an extinct animal to represent them as they are sure to go the same way eventually. Perhaps sacking the entire UK staff would be a good start and delay the inevitable extinction.

Ich gebe hier nur 1 Stern. Mir ist bei meinem wenig benutzten 90l Troley von Mammut, ein Reifen zerbrochen... . Wohl gemerkt, nicht in der Natur!!! Ein kleiner Städtetrip... .
Der für Reparaturen zuständige Mammut Consumer Service ist ein Witz. Keine Ersatzteile und keine wirkliche Hilfeleistung, was mein Problem anging.
Absolut kein Interesse an einer Lösung... Dazu noch sehr langsam!
So würde ich mein Geld gerne verdienen wollen... .
Nachhaltigkeit scheint für Mammut kein Thema mehr zu sein, was sehr schade ist... .

Retoureabwicklung katastrophal! Nachweislich durch DHL angekommen-haben sie aber nicht verbucht und verschleppen die Rückerstattung.
