Affordable good quality
First class service and quick delivery, shutters are high quality and fit perfectly, the price was fantastic compared with other online shops, fitting instructions are very easy to follow, I would recommend VERSELO Low Profile handles as an alternative to standard espag that are fitted to most upvc windows to enable a close fit😁

Excellent Customer Service - no quibbles
I have now bought 2 blinds from MakeMyBlinds. When I placed the orders they were very helpful.
With the second one, we had a problem with a clip that holds the strings in place breaking after a short while. I went onto the chat and sent them some photos.
They said they’d send some replacements and asked me how many to send.
I had an email saying they would take 5 - 7 working days - they actually arrived the very next day!!
All through the very short process they were great to deal with, friendly and efficient. If only all companies were like this!!!

Front room blind is great quality and fast service.

Customer service absolutely disappointing
Unfortunately I had very bad experience with the customer service. The way they treat you at first is not bad, but when a problem arises you're being pushed of the rail.
I've ordered 5 different sized blinds back in 2024. Within this time, from then (Nov-DEC 2024) until the moment when I've contacted them (April 2026) one of the blinds stopped shutting properly. It felt like the motor or the mechanism inside was not holding the blind in place when you pul it to shut. This blind was in adult bedroom, 2 other ones at childrens bedrooms and the kitchen are absolutely fine until now.
The company has 5 years blind warranty and in this case I have messaged them asking whether this issue falls under their warranty. They asked me to take pictures, record short video of the issue. They said yes, it falls under their warranty, because it seems like the motor may not be installed properly and sent me a troubleshooting instructions. We, my husband and I, cheked on the mechanism and all seemed to be fine by looking at the troubleshooting instuctions. I emailed them saying that all seemed to be ok with the installation, but the issue still occurs. They said they can send me a mechanism for me to change it myself or they can make another blind. I did not feel comfortable changing the mechanism as not being professional I was afraid I will damage it more than it is. I'm not even sure if this is appropriate request from the company. Ok, then they asked me for the measurements of the broken blind which I gave them. around week or two later the blind came. So happy that we will sleep in the darkness again we opened it and tried to install it, but it was too short, it was not hanging on the original hooks that are already installed within the window gap. I have emailed them back saying that the blind they've sent to me is too short. In reply they said because the measurements I've given them are the RECESS ones so they take a few milimaters off the blind so it fits properly. I did understand it, because this is the way I have ordered them originally, but when I was asked for measurements the recess was not mentioned, I was asked for the measurements of the blind and not the window gap where the blind is installed. But the guy who handles emails with me said that he requested measurements with recess, so I had to screenshot our conversation to proof him that he asked me for the measurements of a blind, no recess mentioned. And from then on I am being ignored, my complains are ignored. Apparently the blind is being made, but the case itself takes now 2 months, the proper blind is being produced 2 weeks. It's just so unprofessional and disappointing. I have requested a full refund for all the blinds as if I want to order one with another company I want them to be all the same, and not 4 the same and 1 odd. I will see what they'll say, but I am so tired of dealing with them and their incompetency, disappointed and frustrated at the same time. Just for ignoring me and not being reliable they don't deserve more than 1 star

Gorgeous blind and super helpful customer service team!
Brought my blind for new home in March, we didn’t start decorating until just recently so the blind had been in the box for quite some time. When we put the blind up I realised that I had got the measurements slightly wrong. I called make my blinds and the team were so helpful and got me a new one.
The new one came today and it’s perfect. I can’t thank the team enough, gorgeous blinds really good quality, heavy and look super expensive. I will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered a pair of venetian blinds…
I ordered a pair of venetian blinds from a sample. When they arrived they were a different colour to the sample. On contacting the company they agreed that the samples had been labelled incorrectly. So I had to wait for new samples to arrive and choose again- then they emailed to say the colour I had chosen was not in stock until mid July (maybe!) so I asked for a refund. They were responsive to the issue but it took quite a while to find they could not do the job I had paid for. I am waiting for my refund. I would also say that the blinds themselves were also a bit flimsy in construction in my opinion.

Excellent Company, above and beyond
Read until the end:
Firstly let me say, from ordering my obscure sized blinds to delivery was exactly 1 week.
2 of my blinds were oversized. I had tried 3 different companies before I found this company to find one who would make extra long blinds. None of the regular companies would go that 10cm over for my windows, I ended up searching ‘oversized blinds’ and ‘make my blinds’ came up top.
I was able to order all 7 of my blinds, recess, in grey. I did take out the insurance incase I had any errors but every single blind fitted 200% perfectly.
The fitter (who I employed to fit them) said “these blinds are better made and finished than mine” he said “the quality is very good and the blinds are well made”.
I did try a well known company beginning with H and they wanted 5 times the price for the same blinds.
I am so pleased with the quality and the exact bespoke sizing, I can’t thank this company enough.
Ignore any negative reviews, Make My Blinds Made My Blinds in a week. Spot on.
