I would not recommend this company.
I ordered made-to-measure blinds in the colour Linen, expecting a neutral grey-beige shade as shown on their website. Instead, I received blinds labelled Bella Butter, which have a strong yellow/olive tone and look completely different.
The company claims that Bella Butter is simply the manufacturer’s name for Linen, but that is not acceptable. I ordered Linen, yet the label says Bella Butter. Had Bella Butter been shown on the website, I would never have placed the order.
The customer service has been extremely disappointing. Rather than acknowledging that the website images do not accurately represent the product, they repeatedly insisted that the correct blinds had been supplied and referred me to their disclaimer about colours varying on different screens.
To make matters worse, they refused to accept a return or provide a refund because the blinds are made to measure. I have spent almost £300 and have been left with blinds that I do not want because they do not match what was advertised.
If you are ordering from this company, I strongly recommend requesting fabric samples first. Do not rely on the website images alone.

I ordered 8 sets of blinds which…
I ordered 8 sets of blinds which arrived quickly. The quality is excellent and they were easy to install.
I did have a slight issue with one blind (entirely my fault) as I entered the wrong length when ordering same. Marc (customer service advisor) responded quickly via email and resolved the issue with a new blind being sent out promptly.
I requested a couple of additional pelmets which again Marc arranged without issue. Updates were regular with nothing being too much hassle. Communication was polite, friendly and professional.
The blinds are excellent value for money and make such a difference to my house. The customer service is fantastic as well. Would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone!

Make my blinds is the best company ever
Make my blinds is an absolute top company. I really cannot fault the quality, fit and their services. Their guarantee is first class.
We bought a set of blinds 5 years ago and the large one had broken. They have replaced the whole set, as the colour was no longer available, at no cost to me.
Jessica in customer services has been absolutely amazing, so helpful, always polite and sorted things in a timely manner.

Help with a faulty blind.
Having purchased blinds for all the rooms in our house 6 years ago we found we had a problem with one of them. We contacted Make My Blinds to see if there was any advise they could give us to rectify the problem and they replied to our emails very quickly and offered solutions for us to try, when all these failed they sent us a replacement blind FOC, they are an amazing company and I would highly recommend them.

Terrible product, Useless customer service.
terrible product.. we ordered 1 blind which on delivery we were VERY disappointed. the blind was listed in the wooden blinds section, but did have wooden/faux wooden options. we got the faux wooden thinking they would look and feel like wood but maybe made of a composite material. when they arrived they are simply very cheap flat plastic, with not connection at all to wood. On requesting a refund due to them simply being cheap plastic the company flatly refuse with loads of smart arsed answers to how they were not being dishonest about the material and saying we should have ordered a sample to see that faux wood is cheap plastic.. terrible product and useless customer service. We have contacted Trading Standards as they are misleading you to thinking your buying something that relate to wood.
Also be aware that they make the blinds small than you actually order (read the small print!!! on a different page on the web site!!!)

We appreciate that product descriptions and terminology can sometimes be interpreted differently. Our faux wood blinds are manufactured from a PVC-based material rather than natural wood, and this is outlined within the product specification and material information available on our website. We also offer free samples to help customers assess the colour, finish and material before placing an order.
As your blinds were made to your exact measurements, they fall under our made-to-measure policy and are therefore not eligible for return simply because the material was not what you expected. However, we are sorry that this outcome left you disappointed.
Regarding the size of the blinds, recess-fit blinds are manufactured with a small deduction to allow for smooth operation within the window opening. This information is included within our measuring guides and ordering instructions, as it is standard practice for made-to-measure blinds.
While we respect your right to raise your concerns with Trading Standards, we do not believe the product was misrepresented and are disappointed to read your comments regarding our team, who sought to explain the specifications and policies applicable to your order.

I had a problem with warping in one of the very large blinds after about 6 months, I enquired about getting some replacement slats however I was happily informed that as they were guaranteed they would send a whole new blind. Fantastic customer service from Tim who kept me informed.

I ordered made to measure curtains and…
I ordered made to measure curtains and a blind. They were pricier than other brands but had faster delivery and better reviews so I thought it would be worth it as I was moving soon and had no other curtains.
I received no dispatch or tracking information and when the shipment arrived the curtains were missing. It took a couple days for them to let me know that the curtains hadn’t even been shipped. For some reason it was then going to take up to 2 weeks more for the curtains to arrive even though they claimed they had been made already.
I was offered a refund on shipping even though I’d got free shipment because I’d spent over £500.
2 weeks later and still no dispatch notification or tracking information and no response from customer service. Really disappointed given how much money I spent with this company. Even if the lack of curtains is the factory’s fault, the customer service to rectify the mistake has not been good.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, and it seems their ‘stock reply’ to these bad reviews have showed they haven’t taken onboard any feedback because we’ve had exactly the same issue as everyone else. The 4mm tolerance is hidden in a very inconvenient place that isn’t obvious, so the blinds came and they were 4mm out. Have refused a refund or the return of said blinds that don’t fit and have put the blame fully on us. Disgusting behaviour if you ask me, I would recommend staying very clear of this company! And no, I don’t want one of your “after care team” to get in touch and tell us all over again about how you will not take any responsibility for this.
