Second time around, and just as good!
Second review for this supplier, and only positive things to say. I was so pleased with my first order of blinds, I decided to press on and do the rest of the house. One item was temporarily out of stock, and I was informed in good time, with a number of options to choose from. I enquired whether I could swap the unavailable item for another of greater value.
Mark went above and beyond to arrange this, ensuring my original discount was applied, and giving me a further discount to make up for the inconvenience. A simple, secure payment link was all that was required to pay the outstanding balance. Thanks to Mark's excellent communication and outstanding service, I have felt truly valued as a customer. I cannot recommend Make My Blinds highly enough.

Mieszkam w Irlandii i tu złożyłem zamowienie . Otrzymałem przesyłkę w ekspresowym tempie, niestety uszkodzoną. Ku mojemu zaskoczeniu po 3 tygodniach otrzymałem odpowiedź ( bardzo konkretną) .Po tygodniu miałem nowa żaluzje w domu . Dlatego 5 gwiazdek .

Zero communication only when I tried to…
Zero communication only when I tried to withdraw from the purchase because the time was getting longer and I contacted Prypay for a refund because despite my best efforts, the company is not responding. I received an email that my order was starting, this was about a week after placing the order. I should add that I received the product after only one blind after 2 weeks. I do not recommend this company.

Faultless. Exceptional customer service from the start and the blinds are great, I was actually very sceptical because of how well priced they were but we were so pleasantly surprised. I wouldn’t look anywhere else for blinds in the future this company is fantastic!

AVOID
AVOID. Ordered £800s worth of shutters. Came too large and when I re plastered the whole window cavity to fit the frame, the bottom shutters do not close & have even damaged when trying to close.
Delivery took ages too.

Michael was so helpful. We purchased our blinds 4 years ago and the clips had broken. He arranged for some to be sent out to us immediately free of charge and was very polite bothering to explain what had happened and why. I cannot thank him enough and would encourage anyone to buy blinds from this company

I used Make My Blinds for all the windows in my house. The quality of their products is amazing. They add a bit of class to my home; they look great. The customer service is awesome. I have spoken to Jessica in the customer service team. Jessica is very friendly and professional, but most importantly, she has helped me to resolve any issues that I had with my blinds. I would definitely use them again if I ever move house; 10 out of 10 experience.

Don’t order
Firstly only 2 of the 5 blinds I ordered showed up. I then had to argue for the blinds to be shipped as if this was my fault and had to wait an extended period for the other 3 blinds that I had payed for to arrive. Then the replacements arrived in a completely different colour, I then had to wait again for the blinds that I had ordered and payed for. I ordered these blinds as they had a fairly fast delivery date and it was during a heatwave, but ended up being over a month until I received all the blinds correctly. On top of this they offered nothing but a refund of my delivery fee for compensation! Felt like I had been punished for mistakes that weren’t mine. Would never order again.

Borderline criminal company. Stay clear
2nd time I’m having to write about this company..
First they rob you of offers hiding behind tricks.
My blinds arrived and they’re pretty poor quality.
The wooden blinds have very stiff mechanisms, the electric roller blinds are temperamental on whether they work and not assembled or aligned correctly.
They hide the fact that they will make your blinds smaller than you order and hide this on another screen.
Sly company but worse than this is their customer service. Arrogant responses (I’m sure they’ll put something equally token on here).
Summary, never deal with these. There are other far better companies out there, either better quality or cheaper.
I’ll be going to trading standards about how dreadful they are but ultimately I’m about £250 worse off after dealing with these.

Ordered blinds on 12th August
Ordered blinds on 12th August. Got order number and not heard any more. Contacted yesterday (chat) and said I’d hear on 19th. Still nothing so called. Told I was 2nd in queue, waited 20 mins and then they cut me off. I’m not impressed so far and wanted my blinds asap. Website/when ordering isn’t too specific on delivery times. Tracking doesn’t update. Wish I’d gone elsewhere now,

Great blinds, great service and speedy delivery, and Customer Service (Marc) fantastic. Very pleased with the 2 blinds we ordered. Had an issue with the tilt mechanism after a short period, and Marc, Customer Service Adviser dealt with the issue swiftly and efficiently after sending some photo's and video, and a replacement blind was made and sent very quickly. Really pleased with the quality and service, and the communication. Nice one Marc, thank you! Would recommend and purchase again.

Very good communication with regard to progress of the blinds being made, especially as the material was out of stock at the time and options were offered. Secure packaging and delivery process good.
Good quality materials used with both types of blinds ordered.

Valance Clips
We needed some replacement valance clips for one of our blinds after they became brittle in the bright sunlight. Sadly, after trying to clean the blinds, two of the clips snapped. After making contact with Christian at Make My Blinds, he went above and beyond to help us by sending out (free-of-charge) four replacement clips. He kept me regularly updated with the progress and he went out of his way to be more than helpful. Many thanks again, a great service.

This is one of my worst experiences with an order online company. I would like to mention that I am a bathroom, Kichen fitter and I know a bit about working with people , so know what it means to give every customer the best service . Well , we ordered our first blind from from this company which came good , then we said let’s order one more , well this is when they did a very bad job they sent us the blind material 10 mm shorter at one end , so imagine having a blind off center and the blind tube being exposed at one end as the blind material is shorter 10 mm
We sent them pictures and told them we are not happy with this as it is not even close to what it should be .
After many attempts to reach them we gave up and decided to let everyone know our experience and what to warn everyone not to order from them . They are extremely irresponsible.

Despite my order being due to arrive later than expected meaning I would no longer be in my previous address, the customer support team, specifically Marc, helped me all the way through so I could change the address in the delivery and followed up every step of the process until the blinds were delivered to the new place.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this company.
I spent a significant amount of money ordering made-to-measure blinds and expected a professional service. Unfortunately, the blinds were delivered to the wrong address, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
After reporting the issue, I had to wait several days for a response. During that time, I still needed privacy in my home, so I had no choice but to purchase alternative window coverings myself. Instead of resolving the situation promptly, I was then told I couldn’t receive a refund because I had already bought alternatives while waiting for them to deal with the problem.
To make matters worse, the company started production on replacement blinds without my confirmation or authorisation. I was never asked to approve production before it went ahead, despite the fact that once production starts, they say the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
The customer service throughout this process has been slow, unhelpful, and disappointing. I felt ignored, and at no point did I feel like my concerns were being taken seriously.
Overall, this has been a frustrating and stressful experience, especially considering the amount of money I spent. I am very dissatisfied with both the service and the way my complaint has been handled.
