Absolutely recommend these cases and company! The MagBak case quality is great to begin with but when we had an issue, customer service was on it! They didn't hesitate to take care of the problem and get us taken care of. They even checked in to make sure we were good! That is customer service and a company that backs their product!!! Can not say enough good things about them! If you are thinking about a case for your phone, look no further! This is your case!!!

Actually best case I got since now. I must say I have it now a month and my phone didn’t fall yet but the magstick on my dashboard with this case is the best car holder ever. The finger loop the stand everything great. And last not least it looks great. Only thing… you need to stock up guys. Many items are sold out.

I've been buying MagBak products since they launched on Kickstarter back in 2013. I've ordered a new case for every phone update since then. I've tried every phone wallet out there and MagBak wallets are the clear winner for me. Their products and customer service are fanstasitc

For my iPhone 17 Pro Max, I got the elite case with the lens protector as an add on. The screen protector does not seem to adhere to the screen as well as other similar products. The edges are always giving the impression of being coming off. The lens protector is a waste of $9, I had to trash it because it does not adhere well to the plastic and there is always condensation over the lenses. The case itself seems OK, at least for now. No enthusiasm for this product (my fourth MagBak purchase).

I purchased the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL case offered by MagBak. Overall, the case is stellar with great features and good protection. I will review all of the features one by one below. I only have one complaint, which I will detail when I get to the section about that particular feature.

Overall Design and Color
The case only comes in black, which wasn't a problem for me. You can purchase a color set containing either red, blue, or light gray attachments to add a bit of color to the case. I did not opt for these as I prefer the black coloring. If they had a yellow or gold color option, I would likely go for that. The overall design is very utilitarian. Nothing super fancy in terms of decoration - all the elements have functionality behind them. The bumps on the side are excellent for a secure grip while holding the phone, and the pinky cushion is a very nice addition that makes holding the phone more comfortable while also doubling as the charging port cover. Lastly, the buttons on the side are a nice, low-profile design that work very well.

Finger Loop
The case has a built in finger loop for increasing the ability to hold the phone securely. The way the finger loop is integrated into the case is fantastic! It is embedded in the back of the case and extends out easily when needed. As it's attached to the case, I don't have to worry about an adhesive component losing its stickiness. It's made of what feels like rubber and is very comfortable. When you're finished using it, it collapses very neatly into the back of the case for a streamlined storage solution. The whole apparatus is in a slightly recessed depression on the back of the case that prevents the loop from making the phone sit awkwardly when lying flat on its back. I really enjoy this feature and how streamlined it is.

Kickstand
The kickstand is also integrated into the back of the case on the bottom. It's easy to fold out and put back, and there's a very audible click to let you know when it's fully extended. The kickstand can support both a vertical and horizontal orientation without needing to change its angle. I have used both ways frequently and really like how well it functions. Unlike an after-market kickstand that is attached by adhesives and placed by the customer's hand, this stand is perfectly integrated into the case. The position and angle were designed for optimal use for the Pixel 10 Pro XL.

Magnetic Mounts
There are two vertically oriented magnetic mounts on the back of the case that flank the finger loop. While I haven't had a chance to use the magnetic mounting feature, I can assure you that it is a very capable magnet. The kit comes with one magnet strip for you to place wherever you want to mount your phone, and the connection is quite strong. The magnetic mounts on the back have a little wiggle room to telescope out, which is nice - it can snap onto a magnet strip or magnetic surface with maximum strength. I just have to decide where I want to put my included strip now.

Screen Protector
The case includes a screen protector designed specifically for the phone model. The whole case, protector, magnet strip all come in a pretty fancy plastic box. The plastic box is designed so you can lay your phone inside it once you open it. From there, you can easily clean your screen prior to protector installation without worrying about where you hold the phone while you do so. Then, there are very simple instructions on how to install the screen protector - it's a pretty nifty process, and I felt very confident that it would perfectly align the protector on my screen. It very much did align it perfectly. The only complaint about this whole case/protector combo is that I still have small persistent bubble areas at the top of my screen protector. I have followed the included instructions on how to be rid of them. When that didn't work and after a month of persistent bubbles returning on my screen, I reached out to support. They sent a video showing how to better remove the bubbles. Since trying that technique, the bubbles reduced in size, but are still there. That's the only reason I give the case 4 stars instead of 5. The bubbles aren't terrible/blocking/inhibiting, but it would be nice if they weren't there at all considering the price point and effort put into the design of installing the protector.

Again, overall, it is a fantastic case and I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a Pixel 10 Pro XL.

I was initially hesitant to buy one of the these cases due to the price but I bit the bullet and have been pretty happy. Roughly 10 months in though, I noticed some cracking around the back strap. I didn't know if I was eligible for a replacement but I reached out and expressed my concerns. They happily obliged and sent out a replacement at no charge. Tamara was very professional and provided excellent support. I have no regrets and I am very grateful!

Love the case and wallet. I've gotten it for my Pixel 6 and Pixel 10. Honestly the case was pretty much perfect for the Pixel6, which was just simple, The 10 has added "features" which is nice, but kinda flawed. The finger loop and pinky pillow broke off within the first 4 months through normal wear and tear. It was disappointing at first, because they were such a small things, but they made up for it with great customer service. They are sending me replacement finger loop and pinky pillow, which are simple fixes. The wallet is great, it's been 2 years and still going strong!

Ok so the case itself is great and comes with an idiot proof screen protector which i really like. The accessories keep breaking on me though, the pinky pillow, the back strap, but to their credit the customer service people have been extremely helpful with replacing them

Great case and nice screen protector for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. had an issue with the camera protector so i messaged and they resolved it! so nice and quick!

The product is a great idea. However, the build quality is horrible. I bought a classic Magbak for iPhone 16 pro max in Sept 2025. We are in April 2026 and the cover is falling apart. The color is peeling, and the bezel around the screen area is also coming off. Not built to last at all. I take care of my phones. This case was great when I had the iPhone 14 Pro Max. That’s why I came back. But the build quality is super cheap at best.

The Samsung 25 & 24 ultra cases both had major failure points on the buttons. I've had the case replaced 3 times total. For the price I would expect better craftsmanship. Luckily the super was kind enough to replace the case without hassle.

The MAGBAK Tesla charger initially feels like a premium product, but the build quality of the integrated USB-C cable is a significant weak point; mine separated after a year of careful use, rendering the expensive unit useless. While the hardware design is solid and many likely have positive experiences, the real issue begins when you need support, as I found myself trapped in a discrepancy between their advertised 12-month warranty and a representative claiming it was only six. I am currently stuck in an infuriating loop where I am at the mercy of an AI chatbot that is itself at the mercy of delayed USPS tracking, with no way to speak to a human being while the company holds my money for a replacement that hasn't arrived. It is incredibly discouraging to deal with a company that hides behind automated systems and refuses to provide human intervention even when a package is clearly lost just miles from their warehouse.
