Macron Arvostelua 

Order confirmation and then nothing. No emails answered ever, tried phone calls and when answered always said they would call back, but never did. Luckily, I paid by credit card and I notified them. Macron had the gall to challenge the refund even though it had been months. Not only did I not get the team kit for the festival, I missed the whole season. Couldn't be more let down.

Very bad , vague , poor communication service , no ettiquette , no replies , once you have ordered and paid .
I was super fustrated for weeks .

but thank God for Margherita Vestrucci who came to the rescue , so efficient , polite , compassionate , concerned and she got my parcel delivererd within 2 days after waiting almost a month for responses from Macron . She is absolutely excellent and she relieved me from all the frustrations .

MAL servei postventa i DOLENTA qualitat de roba. Després de pagar més de 200 euros per una equipació. El pantaló del partit es va trencar en el primer dia. Ens vem posar en contacte amb Macron, aquesta va ser la seva resposta: Podem canviar un pantalón si aquest porta alguna tara o defecte, si el pantaló es lliura correctament no podem fer cap canvi, encara que només s'hagi utilitzat un dia.
Es inacceptable que una peça de roba dissenyada per la pràctica esportiva duri menys de 40 minuts. La despesa que hem fet cada familia amb l’equipació es molt alta per no tenir cap mena de garantia i que la roba sigui de tant baixa qualitat.

Appalling service. This is about my 3rd or 4th time ordering from this terrible company and each time frustrated with them. You order, money goes immediately and not one single email to acknowledge your order. No communication at all and then if you’re lucky you get it many weeks later. Just spoke to them over the phone and so unhelpful and rude, customer service non existent. The only place where you can buy my sons soccer kit from so very frustrating, no idea why any club would choose them as their club shop.

Servicio deplorable , compras un artículo y estás más de 3 meses para recibirlo … aun esperamos y la única solución es que te devuelven el dinero , y donde quieren que lo compre si son la marca oficial del club ???? Una vergüenza

Bene a metà…pacco perso e nessun aiuto da call center totalmente inutile e richiesta via mail a dir poco ridicola…tanto aiuto dai ragazzi del negozio di via Stalingrado che professionali e stra disponibili mi hanno risolto il problema.

I’ve been trying to contact Macron to report a problem in their website the whole morning and they’ve been rejecting my call, traspassing and ignoring it. Finally I have been able to contact Macron in Spain and they have solve the problem in 10 minutes!. Gracias España, siempre.

Awful customer service. Do not use this company online. Ordered tracksuit bottoms, received a bag. Macron don’t believe anything was wrong with the order as it said it had been delivered… yes, but what I actually ordered was not delivered.

Ordered my son football kit 6 July now it’s the 24th September no kit had a delivery confirmation and they have delivered it to the completely wrong address in a completely different area I live in London and they’ve delivered it to Dartford. They won’t refund or resend the parcel. They’ve asked me to go to Dartford to collect in person. I don’t even know the person it’s been delivered to. I know the address they might not even be home or they might not even have it. Their self would never use their service again.

Absolutely appalling service.

Cancelled an order and was told I will get a refund as work hasn’t started.

Was told to wait 14 days for refund and 3 weeks later still no refund.
Have just been told it’s now been refunded so what exactly have I been waiting 3 weeks for?

A dir poco scandalosi. Ordinato kit personalizzato per la squadra dove ho iscritto mio figlio. Ordine forse preparato e mai affidato al corriere. A distanza di un mese, dopo solleciti telefonici mail e PEC nessuno mi sa dare una risposta. Dovrebbero chiudere e lasciare spazio ad altre aziende serie

What is going on with the delivery service at this place? I have to order my son's kit from here, there is no other option, but this is the second year I've ordered and the second year I've waited two months for delivery. I thought the first time was an anomaly, but obviously not. If i could order from anywhere else I would. Poor customer service, no one answers emails or phone, just shocking all round. I guess they can behave as badly as they want as folks have no choice but to order club kits through them. Probably pointless even leaving this bad review. Just venting makes me feel a bit better. :D

Football clubs have many many options when choosing kit providers. I encourage clubs to select another vendor. Macron was WEEKS later than they had committed, expensive, but the worst aspect is their customer service which is non existent. A phone number that goes straight to voicemail all day every day, an email address that doesn’t reply, and an online form that doesn’t get acknowledged. Avoid.

Sconsigliatissimo sotto ogni punto di vista! Se cerchi professionalità sulla stampa dei loghi, qui troverai solo ritardi , loghi storti e prese in giro: 1 anno di tempo per 10 polo e 10 giacche, tra bugie e problemi inventati dal "titolare" Gino per giustificare la propria incompetenza. Compra altrove, che sia su Internet o presso le valide piccole aziende presenti a Vasto e dintorni. Per me un posto del genere può chiudere domani. NON CI ANDATE!

Kieszonka na piłkę to genialne rozwiązanie. Poprzednio trzymałem w normalnej kieszeni i notorycznie mi wypadała podczas gry, co po którymś razie zaczęło mnie wkurzać. To był mój główny powód zakupu miguel i się nie zawiodłem. Moje stare bawełniane spodenki po godzinie gry były morkę i ciężkie, a te są zupełnie inaczej, lekkie i w niczym nie przeszkadzają. Po 5 praniach szwy jak nowe, żadnych oznak zużycia.

Peccato non poter mettere un MENO 5 stelle,pessi nel servizio post vendita,pessimi nel fornire una soluzione e senza poter parlare telefonicamente con qualcuno...spesi 320 euro per un kit con suggerimenti da parte di un loro TECNICO che mi ha consigliato che taglia prendere, e mi sono ritrovato con un kit PICCOLO,nessun rimborso e nessun reso....paragonano la Tg.S da adulto con Tg.S da bambino....GRAZIE.

Łokieć mi dziękuję. Przeszedłem z bullpadel po tym jak poprzednia rakieta zaczęła pękać na ramię po 8 miesiącach, a Leonidas light jest zauważalnie lżejsza.
W długich meczach różnica jest naprawdę wyczuwalna, gram już 6 tygodni i uśmiech nie schodzi mi z twarzy. Standartowy grip zużywa się szybko, wymieniłem po 3 tygodniach, ale to niewielki minus przy takiej rakiecie. Wysyłka w pięć dni.

My son is 163cm tall, ordered a small mens as they say height is 160-170cm so you think he would fall in between that
Had to get the items customised so understand non-refundable

The t-shirt basically looks like a vest on my son and all other items to small so I’ve not got
To spend £100pkus again to order another size

Ridiculous and they won’t even offer a discount to order again

Tried suing my football club because THIS COMPANY decided not to renew, then they tried to say that there was a clause in the contract saying that we couldn’t negotiate with other companies whilst the contract was still in place, however there wouldn’t be enough time to get the kits released if we didn’t do it inside of the contract.
