Mac Recycle Arvostelua

Fantastic service and straightforward to use to let go of my old imac. Transparent quotation and quick turnaround, than you so much I hope you guys can put it to good use!

Sent my 12 month old MacBook pro 14" off and graded it grade a. Website said same day payment. It got there yesterday at 11am as I tracked it. Heard nothing until today and they claim it's grade b as the keyboard has "excessive wear". Not a chance. I took loads of pics and a video prior to sending and the only wear it had waa a little bit if sheen on the space bar. ALL used laptops have this as they are used and the spacebar is heavily used. Their grade description state that grade a is "light wear". I would suggest an IMMACULATE MacBook except the sheen on the spacebar is grade a. Offered me £250 less. Told them to return it. Won't ever use again.

Really good service!
Got a great price on my broken laptop. Posting to them was amazingly easy and they provide you with clear guidelines on how to package your item. Printed off the pre-paid label and they keep you updated once they receive the item

Very helpful by email and very happy with result

Very responsive and quick to act on emails. Two macs collected next day and tested and valued on same day as arrival with them. Got some money for Macs I didn’t think we’re worth anything, have disposed of them responsibly and got a little money with minimal stress! Highly recommend.

Top service - found the recycling site on line and was offered a good price for my iMac. Opted for boxed service provision which I I received quickly, UPS collected on Friday, I was paid on the Monday! Callum kept me informed all the way! Highly recommend!

Looked online to find somewhere to recycle my iMac and found Mac-Recycle. The website was very easy to use, I added all the information about the Mac and a price was offered for it. How much easier could it get? I accepted the offer and the money was paid into my account the same day. Great service from them, I would recommend them to anyone who wants to recycle their old iMacs etc.

- Great service
- Good communication
- Best recycle quote price I could find
- Money received same day
- Plus they plant a tree for you

The whole process of recycling my old iMac was perfect. The website is clear and easy to use, the computer was shipped via UPS with a prepared box and packaging. Super easy. In addition, a tree was planted in Kenya. Any questions were answered quickly and the staff was very service orientated

They were slick, professional and honest both over the phone and in person. I had money transfered into my account almost immediately.
I am also very pleased to hear that they plant a tree in Kenya as a thank you for trading in your Mac with them.

From finding them online to dropping off the unit and getting paid & the certificate it was a seamless exercise and quicker than I anticipated

An excellent service. I didn’t have a box but they sent me one next day to post it back across the country to them. The whole service took just 5 days. My Mac was 10 years old, I was just looking for a reputable company to recycle it responsibly so making money from it was a bonus! I will be using their service again!

Great & efficient service! Communication was excellent & payment was quick. Highly recommend if you want to recycle your old Mac.Also benefits the environment with added bonus of tree planting.

Great service from these guys - super easy to trade my old MacBook, great communication, super fast payment, and they even plant trees as part of their recycling pledge. Would definitely recommend!

I accepted a quote and after sending my iMac to Mac Recycle I received a cash transfer as soon as it had been inspected. Excellent experience.

Mac Recycle were very easy to do business with. I traded in a Mac which was in a good condition for cash and was paid exactly the price they quoted. Unlike Mazuma mobile who I initially sent the item to, and they knowcked off 85% off the quoted price. Will be using Mac Recycle goinf forward. Highly recommended.

Straightforward quote process and quick response and payment when the item was sent in, all good 👍🏻

Great company, good ethics and excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Quick responses and they did what they said they would. Some details didn't survive the first entry screen and needed follow up but this is minor. All round good service.
