Mac Recycle Arvostelua

Absolutely seamless service start to end. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Had a terrible previous experience with the one with the bird name including a wasted trip to the post office with a very heavy iMac to be told the info supplied wasn’t correct and I could only send it via their courier and it wouldn’t be insured for the full amount. This time - box and label got sent promptly to me, easy courier collection no fuss, fantastic communication and fast payment. Highly recommend, thank you

They made it so easy to send in my old computer and cables . Dropped off free of charge at the corner shop and money in my account within a few days .
Highly recommend them plus they take really old kit ! Very grateful not to send to landfill !

All l can say is AMAZING service honest and very open in the buying of my Mac.I would use them again without any delay.
Thanks Guys.

Excellent, speedy and extremely helpful. Answered all of my questions and queries and will be using again! Definitely recommend using their services!

Super efficient and quick service! From start to finish everything was great, and they communicated the steps clearly. I got a reasonable price for my old mac, and they event planted a tree as a thank you (which is a lovely touch). If you're thinking about selling your old mac, I'd definitely recommend these guys!

Total notch company to deal with, day after I sent my old MacBook in they updated me on things and transferred funds later that day. Recommend to all

Mac Recycle were a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free

Fantastic service from start to finish, couldn't fault Mac Recycle from organising collection to the speed & efficiency of payment once the testing of my equipment was completed.

It couldn't have been easier to recycling my old iMac. From finding the instructions & downloading the UPS label to the helpful emails from Callum keeping me up to date on the progress. A real joy to deal with - and really great to know that elements are still in use and not in landfill. Definitely recommended and will use again!

Excellent experience. Sent me a box for me to package my iMac, and paid out more than anyone else was offering.

Super easy and quick to get a quote, and they even sent over a box to package up my iMac with the collection courier. I received confirmation of receipt and the funds were in my account that same day. And they also planted two trees! Excellent service.

Good analysis/explanation along with their quote & very prompt payment.
I was fortunate to live locally & able to meet them.
Will definitely use again.
Many thanks

Excellent service - updated when product arrived and paid within a few hours. Also planted a tree. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Mac Recycle. The website clearly explained requirements and what I could expect. Afterwards, the customer experience was flawless and Callum answered all questions quickly. The whole process was seamless without any hiccups. Thanks!

What a great professional and efficient service received from the team. Highly recommend.

What great service, efficient and professional AND a tree was planted because I recycled with them! I bloody love that!!

Excellent Customer Service from the team after Apple wouldn't trade in my MacBook Air, swift email responses and payment. Thanks so much all

Good price. Good customer service. Only draw back is having to pay to ship it to them

Just sent two iMacs to the team at Mac Recycle. From sending me boxes and labels to the photos and videos received when they had checked them over, everything has been smooth and quick too. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them for anyone who wants to recycle their Macs and not send them back to Apple.I will be using them when my next Mac becomes obsolete and forgotten about by Apple that's for sure.

Very helpful and co-operative, especially when I was initially unable to send my mac to them due to self-inflicted shipping issues. They rebooked the courier free of charge. Thoroughly satisfied
