Ho acquistato l’R36S il 25 febbraio 2026. È passato un mese e mezzo e nn si sa nulla. Assistenza inesistente nonostante ho mandato diverse mail per capire a che punto fosse la spedizione ma nessuno mi ha mai risposto. Fate attenzione perché è una truffa nn acquistate da quel sito.. Ho buttato 41€

The items never arrived, I chased via emails and contact form on the website for 2 months (delivery time said 5 working days) before eventually claiming the money back through my credit card provider.

Avoid at all costs — this company appears to be a scam.

I purchased a console as a Christmas gift, only to be told later that they couldn’t fulfil my order in time and that I would receive a full refund. Since then, I have repeatedly chased this refund via email and have received no response whatsoever.

The customer care telephone number also cuts off, which only adds to my concern that this company is not legitimate.

Very disappointing experience — I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from them.

Terrible, took my money and ripped me off, avoid at all costs, complete scam.

Be careful. I ordered on Dec 26th but I never got back from them. No information about my order.
I asked for remboursement and dind't receive any answer.

They advertise genuine R36s products and promise delivery soon so people pay over the odds . But what’s really happening is when someone places an order the person behind the website then buys cheap knock offs from Chinese websites to be delivered to the shippers uk address. Who then send it to the buyers address.. avoid this website and also report it

I ordered a games console Order #9418 from this company on the 22nd of December 2025 it is now the 6th of February 2026 and they still haven't sent it out. I've contacted the company multiple times and they never replied. I Bought it through SHOP on a 3 month plan after the 1st month and payment went through no sign of the item got on to SHOP and they were no help nagging for the 2nd payment even though I never received the item I contacted them to cancel the payments and there attitude is we can't do anything there end so contact the seller to cancel the item and we all know where that leads. I had to contact my bank to get a refund and had to cancel the automatic payments to SHOP.DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Faulty product that turned up late, still no refund several weeks later, this is not a registered real company and their electronics are not PAT tested. Having to force a refund via the bank

Commande confirmée le 21/12/2025, nous sommes le 03/02/2026 pas de commande reçue, pas de suivi de commande, pas réponse à mes mails sur le suivi et au final le remboursement, un numéro de téléphone qui ne sonne pas. GROSSE ESCROQUERIE. J’ai entamé une plainte et je discrédite ce site.

Order was delayed and never shipped so I cancelled it back in December ‘25. It is now February ‘26 and I never received a refund for the cancellation. The product was never shipped. As far as I can tell this company is a complete scam. Do not buy this product as I’ve lost over $100 that I was never refunded!!

Despite mentioning on the website that it will be available with in 5-7 working days
I haven’t yet received the order. It been close to a month now
More over I have been trying to contact them through email and telephone and didn’t receive any response yet.
I would be highly grateful if I could get any update in regards to my Product.

Ho ordinato una console a inizio novembre, non arriva, io aspetto, a inizio dicembre mi arriva un email che a causa degli ordini per natale non hanno più disponibilità e mi avrebbero rimborsato. il rimborso non è avvenuto, li ho contattati senza ricevere risposta. State alla larga da sti truffatori.

AVOID - Item didn't arrive, and no communication was received from the seller. All of my correspondence was ignored and I eventually had to claim the money back through my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

on 27 of December I paid £61.00 for a hand held R36S games consul I was promised delivery in 5 working days my games censual did not arrive. It now the 19 of January and no consul, I have emailed their customer support and again no response I believe this to be a scam as no is communicating with me.

Order never came. Waited for a whole month, emailed them, called them, filled online enquiry forms. No response. Absolute scam!

Do not buy from this company, they are scammers !!! I placed an order on the 14th of December with the faster 5 day delivery. The parcel never came within the 5 days, we are now on the 17th of January and it still hasn’t appeared.

I received an email on the 19th of December stating:

I then replied to request a refund and to this date have still not had a response to any of my emails and no refund!

If you would like the same console, order from Aliexpress as the console will arrive on time and for significantly cheaper in price. I managed to order from there and the console arrived early and was half the price.

Ordered console and case. Only case turned up and emailed them a few times but no response. Scam

Order confirmed 30.11.2025, no news since that. No response from support.

No delivery, no dispatch notification, absolutely zero communication from the company within 28 days of order. Refund miraculously issued and email replied to advising no stock, after a transaction dispute was raised through my bank. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered 2 consoles for Christmas, all going well then after 1 console has been played with for half an hour it has broken, it won't boot up. I have contacted the seller for advice/support and had no reply. So I have sent a follow up email asking for support and again no reply. Very poor service. This item will now be returned for a refund. I wouldn't recommend using them communicating with them is very difficult.
